  1. Haha I actually love it. I’m a star in New York, I’m a star in La!
  2. This has got over 30,000 plays in 1 day on Spotify. Is that good considering they are a new group and focusing on the Germany market for the moment. It takes approx 109k to make the German top 50.
  3. I’m a sucker for pop bands and love early 2000’s music. I’d be happy to see Venus (or Melladaze, the girl group from the Litte Mix BBC show) do well.
  4. This cool. I always love to see Eternal recognised in these lists as they are completely forgotten so often.
  5. It’s disappointing but I am still enjoying the album!
  6. The chart position will be disappointing. But I am shocked by how much I love this album. It’s growing on me more each day. I am not a S Club fan and never heard Jo’s first album but this has converted me. The only songs I skip are the 2 acoustic ones. Love the rest.
  7. I do like this Steps version of The Slightest Hits. But I actually prefer the version Louise (Redknapp) had on her greatest hits album.
  8. Also a new release by Albina from Croatia this week. It’s called La La Love.
  9. I’m annoyed by how few copies this album has sold so far. People music tastes are so one dimensional. And the charts are too driven by Spotify playlisting. Still loving the album though!
  10. I have blocked him on my Spotify. I didn’t know I could do that. It’s cool because now he never appears/plays from a playlist I am listening to.
  11. Really wanted this to chart higher. The album is magic. I have streamed it from start to finish at least once per day this week. Album sales are so dismal.
  12. Full agree. Clare Maguire such be so much bigger. Most of her Spotify listeners come from France. I think her song Elizabeth Taylor was a hit in France. Looking forward to Wills version of that one.

Come in Imelda May! Would love her to stay too 5. I think her new album is great.
  14. This is such a bop. Loving it. It really should be a hit. But either way, I’ll be streaming this a lot!
  15. Oh I really hate her voice. Since when does a mumbling, miserable, whoa is me tone, equal emotion in a song. Of course Olivia is not the only one to do it these days.
  16. I’m really loving this album. In fact I never paid much attention to Zara until the last 2 weeks. So she has gained me as a fan. I love the YouTube performances and also stream this a lot on Spotify. Would be nice if she improves from the No.87 midweek chart position. This album deserves so much more success!
  17. Yes it’s a little disappointing so far. Especially because I really like this album. It’s strong. I think it will take a re-release with some new tracks to drum up interest again because the best opportunities for single releases have been used now!
  18. He can keep it

It has been mentioned already but Eternal were really on a roll until they messed it all up and fired Kelle. In their last year they had their first No.1 single and a triple platinum greatest hits. Then nothing. I’m still hoping they make a comeback. But as a 4 piece ;-)

I actually thought she would have been much higher in the mids!
  21. I love how Little Mix includes a clip of Eternal as an example of on e of the best female vocal groups. They played a clip of Stay by Eternal and a clip of Survivor by Destiny’s Child. I love Little Mix even more now!!
  22. Yes I agree Sarah always seemed more genuine and like an open book compared to the others. Nadine also. In my view Kimberly is a bit fake. Nicola has a superiority issue which bugs me.
  23. Eternal by far!!

Can I just say I am so proud of Fleur East and her new album Fearless. She has made a really quality album with fantastic visuals. Actually the videos this era have been better than any video Syco made with her! I feel she has put so much in to this album, and all done on an independent basis without major level backing. Then in the middle of the release her first UK tours gets cancelled due to Corona virus and her dad passes away on the day the album is released. I really feel for her now. Lets support Fleur and her music. Apart from the setbacks surrounding this album, the music remains quality. As soon as her tour is rescheduled I am buying tickets!

Despite her career not taking off maybe the way it should have, people should check out this album. I loved her first album but didn’t like what I heard from this album so far. But overall I am impressed. It’s a strong and cohesive album in my opinion. Give it a try!
