Darius is on after next record :)
  2. You've not missed the deadline Nina. There's 21 days left to view Wednesday 28th's show and 22&23 days left to view the following 2 days of the show. Click here and scroll down to view it :)

I'm sure if the 2nd series does happen that D will at least make a guest appearance. He might even be considered as one of the judges, as he would have a unique insight into the contestants trials and tribulations. I think he'd have much more relevent and constructive comments to make than most, if not all of the judges from the first series. We'll have to wait and see.

Sorry to hear your sad news Pam :( I'm dreading the day when something happens to our Jerry Lee, as she's more like our baby than a pet to us and she's 12 and a half now  The pain is hard to bear, but I'm sure he had a wonderful life. I hope you can take comfort from knowing that you meant as much to him as he did to you!

They are all showing for me Meg. I think you need to be friends with Michelle on facebook for it to work! Shame the sound is a little tricky, but wonderful to see some new material, so thanks Michelle
  6. Sorry to hear about your dog Spam :( hope it's something it can recover quickly from.
  7. Yeah, where did he go to at the end? It's unusual for a co-presented show to finish with just one presenter :???:

Ah ok, thanks Pip. Just wondered if I'd missed some info about Natasha along the way(not that it would be any of my business anyway).

How do you mean Pip? Does Natasha have some sort of history with Guy or is it something else?
  10. I wasn't able to tune my sky box(presumably as I haven't subscribed for many years or received the new viewing card) so watched online too. Apart from the neck brace, I thought he looked exceptionally well, though I was wincing a bit when that stupid cook made him pick up the pot full of mix and pour it out  He's got a broken neck for God's sake ^_^ Wonderful to hear Natasha is here, I'd have thought it a little strange if she hadn't come over, though I realise she has other family and work commitments of her own. I thought Darius seemed very professional and quite relaxed in his role :) I just wish D would be more careful and would take a bit of time to heal :(
  11. I've had a fear for Darius of something like this happening for quite some years now, mainly due to his high adrenaline activities :( Good to hear from the family, thanks Meg! I hope he's ok and that he can heal without any need for further treatment/ops etc! At least he seems to have had a lucky escape, Christover Reeve broke his neck and was paralysed for the rest of his life. I'm trying to be positive for D but this makes me very sad indeed

You're right Meg, that's what worries me :( but alas there's nothing I can do this time. Maybe I'll just have to grow a bit of backbone and ask him when I get to see him next instead of leaving it to chance opportunities. Does anyone know where I can purchase good backbone seeds please

I think if I'd had a little more spare cash at the moment I might have gone along and given it a go, even without my friend to play guitar. Apart from the lack of funds, I'm working a 12 hour night shift until 6am Sunday morning, so I'd need to get Lyn to drive me there whilst I slept a little on the way. Not really ideal preparation for entering a singing competition, especially for someone as inexperienced as me. I'm gonna have to give this opportunity a miss, but I won't give up my dream of singing with D at some stage :)

I hope not though as it'll be never

I made an enquiry about tickets online Sue and asked about the times as I seemed to remember something about fireworks in the original info. Hopefully I'll be receiving my tickets by post after the 2nd of August. Unfortunately, I won't be able to compete for the chance to sing with D :( My friend, as I feared is busy Sunday, and I would have to sing acapella if I wanted to take part. Given that I haven't even ventured out to busk yet, I can't really think I'd be able to produce a winning performance going solo. Maybe something else will come up in the future.

I can only sink or swim :D

What money Meg? Have you booked train tickets?
  18. Thanks Rachel, I'll give it a go :)

I believe the actual finish time for Darius is around 10pm if your talking about the Crewe event Meg, and there are fireworks afterwards too!

:w00t: God I wish I had more cash at the moment  This might sound a little crazy, but I had an idea of busking for charity, locally. A friend at work plays guitar and we have been rehearsing for the last few months, though we haven't ventured out together yet(he has busked previously and was in his own band). I doubt if he'd be available at such short notice, but I should see him here at work tonight, so I might mention it :) I would LOVE to sing with D at this event :yahoo:
  21. Don't think we can watch it live(unless you can access via sky???) but there is an STVPlayer where we can get access to this show for upto 30 days after here :)

It would be if it ever happened  :D

    :o Surely you can't think the media "creates" it's own stories Meg :o :o You're gonna be good :o :o :o

Not sure there's much substance to this story but thought I'd post it here anyway. Natasha Henstridge - Campbell Planning Family With Henstridge

I have to agree with you on this Bramley, our's are much better ;) There are restrictions for the pro's but then again, they are pro's, so they should still do a decent job whatever conditions/restrictions they have to face. I could and would have done better that this pro's results, but then I have an interest in D. Fortunately our roving reporters where on hand to snap the required killer pics
