  1. Madame Cholet, no excuses anymore, I want a meet and greet with you at a D gig asap! I can still remember that lovely, soft material skirt you wore at our last meeting(I think it was the last) which gave me impure thoughts, though I hope you know I am a gentlemen, well most of the time anyway :D Say yes MC :)
  2. Claire you do make me feel old :( but you can't be too old to love D, so I'll just have to keep smiling about his wonderful victory

Yes, I agree a trophy or perhaps a beautiful, engraved crystal decanter or something, just to remember the competition by. It would have made a nice end for the show after D's last performance and also would have been an excellent press shot for the papers to include in the report. I hope the very soon is very soon and not D's very soon  LOL greedy or what! I've had six weeks of D on tv, seen the dress rehearsal and the first live show from inside the studio, and managed a brief chat with D and snapped a photo of him, but I'm still hungry for lots more :)

LMAO  If that was the case a suitable analogy would be trying to get someone to gain weight by starving them. How many times did they attempt to knock him off track or leave him in the shade throughout the series? He's just too damn good :P
  5. Jane, did you manage to get in for the final show? :D

He could release 2 or 3 albums together, that should cater for most tastes :D I noticed at the time and have just watched all over again, what encapsulates how special Darius is, and makes me like him soooo much! After the surprise of winning, he forgets all protocol and further duties, and rushes off to give his Dad a huge hug. Then, after his magnificent final performance, he thanks people for voting for him! It's his triumphant moment. He could bask in it, savour and enjoy it, but D just can't help but be special and thank those of us who made him the winner. What a wonderful person he is :) I have said before, and mean it more than ever now, it's an honour to be a fan of his

Why the jeesh??? I think your's is a very reasonable request I want everything and more :D
  8. Just heard Bernie and K's duet again, and although K sounds a little nasal in her performance, her voice is just so silky smooth compared to Bernies. Bernie does have a higher voice, but not in the same league as K IMO. I'd like to think whoever D sang with, that he would have won, but I think it was a slight advantage(for once) that he got to sing with Rolando.
  9. So is it safe to say the result has pleased you then Sharon? :D Isn't it wonderful :yahoo: Where is everyone? I want lots of exciting D speculation, to make my heart beat faster
  10. I was having quite a miserable night last night :( I watched a really sad episode of House, straight over to Eastenders to see Bradley's demise, and finally onto Corrie to see Joe's body discovered. I was on a real downer, but got excited when D started to sing and ended up over the moon He's some pick me up that man :D I'm not sure I'd want to attend a tour of PSTOS, and I certainly wouldn't want it interfering with a Darius tour, but If it came after I might just have to nip along :) DVD makes more sense IMO, as you're not going to have the expense of putting on a tour and the risk of not selling enough tickets. At least whatever happens, D is on a winner :yahoo:
  11. Something tells me I'm gonna want to buy the dvd if it's released :D Maybe it can include some of the behind the scenes footage that we hardly got to see too!
  12. OH YESSSS!!!!! Meet ups, live gigs, meet and greets, photos and lots of great D chat. This couldn't have happened to a nicer person or indeed a nicer bunch of fans :yahoo: Look forward to seeing everyone, and hopefully soon too :w00t:
  13. He kind of did it a little too Jo :D
  14. Mum and Dad both voted with their mobiles multiple times as they don't have a landline. I bet it's cost them almost as much as me to vote, but I hadn't asked them to, they just felt Darius deserved to win :) So. so happy now. OMG, just realised we've an album and a tour coming too! :yahoo: OMG, just realised I won't have any money to attend the tour once I've paid the phone bill  Thank goodness for credit cards eh! :D
  15. A thoroughly well deserved win He has been the most consistent throughout the show IMO. Marcella had a couple of excellent weeks, and Bernie had her moments, but D was THE star of the show without question :) Well done everyone who voted for D :yahoo:
  16. Tweet from D Can't watch this as I'll be at work, hope you guys can.

Tweet from D 3 hours ago. Not sure if anyone has posted it elsewhere, but better to have twice than not at all. Just posted as a topic so it gets noticed :)
  18. I'm so mad, I could throw the phone down! (Mr Angry from Purley) :D
  19. I didn't think she particularly favoured Bernie, but she, like the mentors never once mentined how good D's voice is, though she did say it was deep. I think this was more of an advert for her baby clothes line and a thank you to her fans for their support, rather than a discussion of the result of the show. Nice to see anyway though, so thanks for posting link BT.
  20. Just a quick reminder, re-run is on ITV2 at 7pm tonight, if anyone wants to catch it again :)

Are we sure he's appearing, no mention of him by Alan at start of the show?

I love the banter between you two
  24. I doubt D would even know what the odds are, let alone have it faze him. A duet with each mentor would be good and quite interesting, though if D has alienated RV and KJ he could be at a double disadvantage if that were the case. I can certainly handle D losing, as long as he gets a fair shot at it. What will really P me off is if the bias towards Bernie, and the choice of a poor aria and negative video intro, affects D's chance to win. He's been stifled by song choice and unflattering comments throughout the show(although he has coped admirably with it), it's about time the playing field was levelled! I think the worse thing about this whole nonsense, is that it is clearly happening, but the we have no power to stop it, or even report it to anyone. I suppose it's always going to be part of reality tv, and if D chooses this arena, he'll always be a possible victim of such policies.
