His is the only name without a surname(granted this may be because he is known previously as just Darius, and his surname adjustment may also be a factor) and he is the only one singing me me me too :unsure: Maybe I'll be joining you ladies behind that settee :unsure: Darius is a big boy though, so whatever happens, he'll come through ok, fingers crossed :)

I have had to type in a space to show the code but there should be no spaces at all in the code so that the video shows correctly. ba940zQ2sgg

There certainly won't be any photography allowed inside Sue(I don't think), but I wonder if D will be able to spare time outside the studio as he normally does or if he might be whisked away in a company car as seems to be the case sometimes with these type of shows. On past form, you have to be optimistic he will stop and say hello Hope I manage to get tickets for the 14th and 15th as I will stay over in London a couple of nights if that is the case :) Has anyone else applied for tickets? Would be nice to meet up if we can :)

I wondered that too Julie. I think there are a few people in the show who will have a larger fanbase than D. Let's just hope that people can judge what they see, and if so, D should do pretty well fingers crossed. Anyone else find it strange that Myleene, Kym and Darius all appeared in the original Popstars show, and are now coming together here(though not all contestants obviously)?

It looked like a pic of him around the time of the pop idol tour to me at first glance. If it is current he's had a close shave with the barber :lol: I had just applied for tickets with SRO and was just coming back to post the link. Not sure if I will get a ticket, but if I do I will certainly attend :)

Possible name change for the show featured here along with a very old photo. If this is true, of course I will support him but I'm not sure I'll be delighted that Darius is appearing in another reality tv show :unsure: It's likely to just re-arm the lazy journalists if he does anything less than win it :unsure: What do you guys think?

Thanks Rachel! Great to see he's still around. I agree he looks a little tired in the vid. God I hope we get something in the uk next year to see/support him at, and have a good mass meet up at too. Although you ladies have been able to manage without Darius, I'm sure you're all desperate to see me again LOL! :D

If his album was finished, he might be shooting promotional material for it, but I dare not let myself think that in case I'm dissappointed :unsure:

Wouldn't it just be nice though if he could actually let us know, rather than us just feeling that this is the case :( Would it kill him to say hi? Darius doesn't owe us anything, but common courtesy dictates that he should have been in touch by now IMO, and we have all experienced how courteous Darius can be. When he gave the video message stating he would supply monthly updates, I knew this would not happen, but didn't expect to be in such a wilderness as this. Darius has been a big thing in my life for the last 7 years or so, but I have to admit, I am feeling pretty abandoned as a D fan right now :(

I too am frustrated at the lack of news :( Even if D is bound to secrecy about something, it wouldn't hurt him to get in touch with Rachel just to say hi to us and let us know he knows we still exist :( I am sure there is a 3rd album in production, maybe even finished, but there's no way he could just release an album now and hope that lots of people would buy it, without an awful lot of promotional activity. It's hard enough for those of us with a huge interest in D to find out what he is doing, so without a massive promotional push, it wouldn't be worth a release. Mr Danesh, with all due respect from a loyal fan who's really missing your presence, WHERE THE BLOODY HELL ARE YOU!

He could sing in the movie Meg :naughty: though a live intimate acoustic gig would be my overall preferrence, especially to promote a new album :w00t: Shame there's no sign of one at the moment :( I thought D was ok in HB. There is something about his acting occasionally that niggles me, but I can't say exactly what it is. Too many facial expressions reacting to others maybe :unsure: I also think I would like to see him act using his own natural accent, so I could then concentrate on his acting instead of being distracted a little by his voice. Maybe it will happen one day. Had a nasty shock when I thought this final D info centre was gone for good, so I thought I better pop in and say hello all :)

Not a fan of the person but he was a remarkable showman and performer, the music world will miss him.

If this is true(and it seems to be :( ) it's a sad loss to the music world.

When Gone With The Wind was closing, for the first time I saw D's Superman cape ruffled. He always seemed Teflon coated before this to me, but to my shock I discovered he is only human like the rest of us and things do actually get to him. His spirit won't allow him to be kept down, no matter what comes along, and I will always want the best for him, but I just can't shake this feeling at the moment :cry:

I think we need to realise that Rachel's decision to close the forum was far from an easy one for her. Whilst we might not like the way it has happened, let's try and be a little understanding. We all tend to look at things from our own perspective, and there's no-one more guilty of this than me. I don't know why the forum was closed so abruptly, but I do know Rachel to be a lovely person who genuinely cares about Darius and has done plenty to support him and to help us fans over the years, so if she took this decision it must have been necessary :( For those people who wish to chat in a Darius community, you have this forum. I have to admit that .net's forum closing has knocked me sideways, even leading me to question whether I wish to continue supporting D as I have previously. I know D will be fine with or without my support, maybe it's time I moved on and got some pleasure from some other areas of my life instead of holding out for months at a time in the hope of some news about him :( I will always love his voice and treasure meet and greets with him and other Darius followers, but to me this just feels a little bit like the beginning of the end :( I have waited to post my feelings as I wanted to be sure the info of Rachel's forum closing was correct. I would like to thank Rachel for all her work over the last few years and wish her well for the future :) I am P from .net Feenix
