I sometimes feel a little sad when D has made an appearance in this country that I or others could have attended if we had been informed, but haven't received details until the event has passed :( I guess sometimes things spring up, which is fair enough, but when large events and things occur, they take planning and organising, and that means there should be time for details to filter through. At least we know where he will be for a while now :D

It's a real shame about the 4th Meg :( but I am pleased you can still make the 5th :) Looking forward to hearing all about it and seeing some new pics of D if you get the chance :) I wish I could have been there :( but looking forward to going on the 7th :)

Surely they will decide on what style he has for the show wouldn't they? I doubt if D would choose such a whispy thin one unless asked to do so. What do you think?

Obviously D stood out, but with them portraying him in a slightly arrogant manor(which I feel was probably done afterwards once they realised he wasn't going to make the band) I honestly didn't realise it was mainly him I was tuning in to watch. I even remember when he got cut, calling through to Lyn excitedly in the kitchen to let her know. For a few seconds, I was pleased and I have no idea why, but after that I felt a sense of dissappointment which just grew stronger and stronger in the remaining few minutes of the show, which included the farewell song. People were crying because he didn't go through. I didn't like how Noel seemed really smug whilst supposedly comforting some of the upset people :angry: Then the next day he took the mick again by mocking D's accent :angry: Hearsay, more like Heretodaygonetomorrow :D I do admit to :wub: Myleene though :)

She is :wub: I suppose he isn't too bad either if you like tall, dark, handsome men.

I am sure he won't forget the album, but I just can't see him being able to spend much time developing it and recording it whilst he has such a hectic shcedule of 8 shows a week :( Unless he has already got a good proportion of it done, I think it will emerge spring 2009 at the earliest. I am thrilled he is now receiveing some of the recognition he deserves, so I just need to try and do what I am poor at, and be patient :)

My printer has packed up too, might just be ink. I have to say, I think it's as cheap to order prints online, maybe even cheaper. The only advantage of course is that you can print out immediately, but it's not very often that that would be of any use. I am going to wait a while before i decide on buying new ink for photos anyway.

It will be fun to see the shows progress as I am booked to go a few times over about 3 months :) At the beginning of the year, I told Lyn that if D was in the country, that he would be my priority this year regarding holidays etc! I just worry now that we might not get an album until next year :unsure: but as long as we get to see him performing and at the stage door, I am prepared to wait again if necessary :rolleyes: I wish we could just have D at our disposal whenever we wanted him, for gigs photos and stuff. Meg you are connected, can't you sort this little thing out for us ;)

I just :wub: the farewell song. It was this song and D's courage in facing his rejection that hooked me to him. I still can't believe even now that I didn't realise how much I liked him or what he meant to me until he got cut from Popstars :o

I agree, even though the show is to be based more on the book, I feel there is a very good possibility that the famous phrase will make an appearance at the end. In a way, I sort of hope it does :)

I have now booked for the 7th(hope to catch you at the stage door Meg :) ) I think the preview idea is a wonderful one. Testing the props/stage/audio and lighting before the premier, makes a lot of sense to me :)
