I thought he had writing talent, but was a pretty poor singer. It used to really frustrate me, that all the judges would say was,"what a performance" and "you owned the stage" or words to that effect. The truth was he was singing out of tune an awful lot, for a wannabee singer, and all the vocal coaches would do is say about how impressive his stage presence was :rolleyes: Certainly, he had/has some talent, but I wouldn't pay a penny to go and see him perform, even if it was just up the road from my home!

Some pics come out sharp, but just aren't good enough for the regular thread.
