Promo is needed and it isn't an excuse. If Britney performed on a few shows in UK, her sales would be better. If she performed on X Factor, would that not help? Of course it would. I don't mean VMA style performance, i mean the old Britney performances. Album shouldn't have been released until she could perform again. Tbh i'm not shocked at it falling to 13. She never had great album chart success. It will go down until next single is released
