Beyonce is confirmed, but she is doing XO apparently.

There was rumours (The Sun) about her performing, but it was the same last year and it never happened, and there is no confirmation yet, so i don't think so.

She hasn't promoted in the UK, probably won't either. It's odd since she will be the UK anyway for the tour. A small push and it would probably go number 1. Not performing at the Brits is a big mistake for her.
