  2. I don't think anyone should be disparaging of the taste of others here. Taste is subjective and we all have a right to our opinion. Let's just be respectful. We'e all fans at the end of the day. Anyway, I wouldn't think 'Too Many Teardrops' would be eligible as it wasn't a single was it?
  3. 'Who I Am' is my favourite of the options we now have. Wouldn't mind 'Anymore' either. Both have less of Melanie's high-pitched vocals that seem to polarise listeners. I would say that BPDS has slightly less punch than those two.
  4. I love Get Down With Me too. I rate it just as highly @sammy01 For me, it was an obvious single choice.
  5. 'Think About It' is the only option likely to excite anyone. I'd expect IKHSW to perform similarly to Ariana's last selection. Except that we have the added challenge of being a less relevant artist to begin with. We don't want to have to be begging for votes. Haha
  6. I'm feeling quite optimistic about this round. Not to jinx it. But I think you guys made an excellent selection. Also, so nice to be reminded of P!nk's first album :-) I was sad when she went emo. Haha
  7. Beyoncé - Video Phone (feat. Lady Gaga) Katy Perry - Rise Kylie Minogue - All I See Lady Gaga - LoveGame P!nk - There You Go Rihanna - FourFiveSeconds (w/ Kanye West & Sir Paul McCartney) Spice Girls - Mama Taylor Swift - I Don't Wanna Live Forever (w/ ZAYN) Zara Larsson - This One's For You (w/ David Guetta) I would actually choose to listen to all of these except 'Video Phone'. The rest of them made my ears bleed or bored me to death.
  8. For me, it was between 'Oxygen' and 'If You Wanna Have Some Fun' (Gasp!) Went for 'Oxygen' because of that blasted leaky roof.
  9. Aw thank you Spice Girls Net  Hadn't realised it would appear so big
  10. Here's a 'Forever' cover design I've made using the diamond logo from the 'Greatest Hits' era and the 'Goodbye' shoot. https://imgur.com/a/sfE7Xz0 Sorry still can't work out how to post images on here. If anyone wants to re-post it to help me out, please do. I think the design could work using other photoshoots from 1999-2000 too.
  11. Oh good. We'll see it when it's ready :-)
  12. Ariana Grande - Be Alright Beyoncé - Scared Of Lonely Dua Lipa - Kiss and Make Up (w/ BLACKPINK) Girls Aloud - On The Metro Kylie Minogue - Lost Without You Lady Gaga - The Cure Little Mix - Is Your Love Enough? Madonna - Holiday Spice Girls - Never Give Up On The Good Times Taylor Swift - Cruel Summer Zara Larsson - TG4M
  13. Wow. Weekend Love because of the very jarring rap.

I'm so pleased to hear this show is coming back. Always well-written dialogue, relatable characters and relationships, and plenty of intrigue. Can't wait!
  15. Ariana Grande - Dangerous Woman Britney Spears - Gimme More Charli XCX - 1999 (w/ Troye Sivan) Dua Lipa - Be The One Girls Aloud - Sexy! No No No... Kylie Minogue - Spinning Around Lady Gaga - Just Dance (feat. Colby O'Donis) Madonna - Papa Don't Preach Rihanna - SOS Spice Girls - Wannabe Taylor Swift - Shake It Off Zara Larsson - Never Forget You (w/ MNEK)
  16. As a strange coincidence, I just saw a new edit of 'Wasting My Time' on Trace Adam's facebook: Trace Adam Facebook link Vimeo link He's rearranged some ad-libs. But I don't think he's added any Mel B ;-)
  17. It's true that Time Goes By is long and fairly uneventful. But I find it a pleasant listen. There are great vocals from every girl. And it's not overly similar to another track on the album.
  18. 'Wasting My Time' because it sounds too much like 'Get Down With Me', but without Mel B. I'm sure at one point Melanie C is ad-libbing over herself. I do actually like the song. Forever is so frustratingly close to greatness.
  19. I love your version of the cover  That empty 'I' would've been so painful at the time though. Haha! Still a million times better than what we got. I particularly like your evolution of the "SPICE" typography.
  20. Northern Star is, of course, an incredible debut album by any standards. Just look at those names. If they'd gone with a poppier lead single, I think album sales would've been less of a slow burn, and it would've gone to #1. But I can see why Melanie wanted Goin' Down to herald a departure. So from that point of view, props to her. My dream singles run would've been: 1. Go! 2. Northern Star 3. Never Be The Same Again 4. I Turn To You 5. Ga Ga
  21. • Britney Spears - Womanizer • Calvin Harris - Promises (feat. Sam Smith) • Dua Lipa - Blow Your Mind (Mwah) • Fifth Harmony - Sledgehammer • Destiny's Child - Say My Name • Katy Perry - The One That Got Away • Kylie Minogue - In Your Eyes • Lady Gaga - Stupid Love • Little Mix - Shout Out To My Ex • Madonna - Ray Of Light • Shawn Mendes - There's Nothing Holding Me Back • Spice Girls - Who Do You Think You Are? • Take That - The Flood
  22. I was trying to think of a solo track that is as evergreen as the group singles. I can't really think of one. I'd be surprised if I Turn To You is popular among non-fans. I reckon When You're Gone would fair better. But would still be a huge gamble.
  23. I was thinking the exact same thing. Terry Richardson clearly gave no sh*ts about our girls.
  24. WDYTYA seems like a safe choice. If at some point we were feeling cocky, 'Move Over' might be more well known than 'Holler' - depending on the age demographic. Just a thought.
