Nicola Roberts • General Discussion
I think Sarah Harding is going to be the biggest stumbling block for a reunion as she hadn't been in the public eye for years now. I feel she isn't comfortable with fame and needs normality in her life to function well. The last reunion she clearly wasnt well at all and I cant see them putting her through that again. I know their 20 years anniversary is almost 3 years away and anything could happen but I just cant see it happening with Sarah.

Spice Girls • General Discussion
Wasnt Victoria up for doing a tour at that get together but then pulled out. I'm kind of glad it happened the way it happened as the others now know they can do things without her successfully. At that point they probably thought anything less than five would've been a flop.

Maybe they dont have the rights to upload the 1999 tour footage seeing as it was only shown on TV and not released commercially on video like Istanbul and Wembley? An Audience with the Spice girls could have the same problem and I'm sure everyone would love that in HQ.

Favourite Christmas #1 single?
Goodbye is actually my fave these days. I love all three though.

Sleigh Ride or Christmas Wrapping?
I know it's only Mel and Emma but I have always preferred Christmas Wrapping.

Emma Bunton - Live at Royal Albert Hall
It was strange she missed out three of her top ten hits I'll Be There, What I Am and Downtown. I'd have loved to hear I'll Be There again live was always a fave of mine. Cute show though from the clips I've seen and it was lovely of Geri to support her.

I think it's obvious she can and has written many strong lyrics.

Implying and openly saying are two very different things though.

Spice Girls • General Discussion
I suspect Geri still holds a grudge against her for openly talking about what happened between them on Piers Morgan and if you ask me rightly so it was pretty below the belt to blurt that out the way she did and right before tour rehearsals aswell. Geri may irritate with her new lifestyle and image change but she would never have done that to Mel not even during her solo heyday of PR stunts. Again Mel blurts out they are to tour Australia clearly without talking it over with the others first.... I hope they work through it but I can certainly see her point of view the Spice Girls isnt just about Mel B.

Spice Girls • General Discussion
Why? Mel B is the only one who unfollows others when things dont go her way. She did it to Victoria and Mel C in recent years and now Geri. Its all quite sad to see this happen at this point.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/artic...music-2020.html I'd be intrigued by new music and I'm pretty sure it would do well just look at Westlife getting another number 1 album last week. Expanding the catalogue would help their future tours.

Throwback! Anniversaries of Spice Girls moments
I think a split was inevitable by that point due to solo careers. Melanie C had pretty much moved on from the group and Holler/LLLTW going to number 1 and the album number 2 didnt encourage her to carry on with promotion which was discussed before Xmas 2000 and she wasnt interested in carrying on. Victoria and Emma were recording solo albums at this point and Mel B had released hers. Mel B and Emma were the two who would've carried on with B continuing to say the group would be back soon during her 2001 solo promotion.

Melanie C feat. Sink the Pink - 'High Heels'
It's not bad but it's not one of her best.

That's cool how they achieved them in a different decade. 90s, 00s and 10s. Here's hoping they get another in the 20s. ^_^

Throwback! Anniversaries of Spice Girls moments
I remember getting it from Woolworths on release weekend and on first listen being instantly in love with Stop and praying it would be a single. Was so excited when Geri announced it as a forthcoming single on the Audience with Show. Love all ten tracks, their best album, best single selection, best artwork, best memories.

Lift Me Up or What I Am?
Lift Me Up. Yes Geri is my fave but I've always loved the song and have never had a problem with her vocals on it the imperfections add to its charm. I think absolute did a wonderful job of producing it too. What I Am has grown on me but it's still just a mediocre cover versionthat didn't add much else. Emma's voice saves it.

That Holler cover should've been the album cover. I know its blurry and far from perfect but it at least had some Spice infused into it.

Geri Halliwell • General Discussion
It would definitely fit on Man on the Mountain nicely.

Flowers (Sweet Female Attitude Cover) - Single Discussion
I feel Heidi gave them a commercial touch with her image and personality. She counter balanced the moody dark edge of the three originals. The singles went up a notch aswell which was needed for them to succeed.

Schizophonic and Northern Star both being 20 doesn't half freak you out. Time waits for no one Haha The first two released albums and for me still the two best. Free Me is close runner up.

Flowers (Sweet Female Attitude Cover) - Single Discussion
About a Girl really is a fantastic pop song though so it's not like they were terrible then. It was actually interesting how both 4.0 singles were in the recent Sugababes Top 20 biggest sellers list aswell. I wonder if Flowers will be a one off like Flatline was?

Emma Bunton - 'My Happy Place'
Can't say I'm particularly excited by what's no doubt more covers.
