  1. She's either utterly clueless as to what the fans want otherwise she's not wanting to give anything away. Please be the second option.
  2. Schizophonic and Spiceworld have been my fave solo and group albums for 19 - 20 years now and I don't see it ever changing.
  3. Surely well get the concert filmed for broadcast or release or both this time round.
  4. I noticed Bananaramas first greatest hits got pretty well restocked after their recent reunion so it wouldn't surprise me to see the same if the girls actually tour or put on shows.
  5. A five piece reunion seems redundant without music or live performing. I hope she's just saying this to keep things a surprise otherwise...
  6. It's a shame they aren't hotter in the US anymore but hey no one can take away what they sold there in the 90s and their number 1 single and album.
  7. 67% of this week's greatest hits sales are from downloads and physical purchases, 33% is from streaming. http://www.officialcharts.com/chart-news/s...n-talks__21690/
  8. I can't remember a meeting in Feb 2007. I remember the Feb 2003 one at Beckingham Palace. That was a juicy one as it was the first.
  9. Ideally a new studio album with 3 or 4 singles released from it. If that is out of the question a new greatest hits with a new amazing upbeat single. Obviously another tour would be great but would many of them commit to it? Overall if music isn't involved it just doesn't feel that exciting.
  10. I wish they'd just do it. All Saints and Steps fans were so lucky to get Red Flag and Tears on the Dancefloor. Spice fans deserve that final studio experience as a gift for being so patient and loyal.
  11. I'm glad Tell Me Why was never a single.
  12. They look magical together as a five piece. I wonder if there's any chance of new music. This China thing seems random and made up.
  13. Denden would've been going crazy at this ha ha sad that it's gone. Hope something happens.
  14. I seem to remember a story about how Mel got pissed off when told they'd be miming Holler at the 2000 EMAs
  15. Oh and Too Much is a great song can't believe it's 20 years still remember the smoky first performance on their Audience With and thinking it was amazing.
  16. I imagine Mel C would never have agreed to a group album right after the release of Northern Star. I imagine she agreed to the Earls Court gigs through gritted teeth and then when Never Be the Same Again and I Turn to You both hit the top in 2000 the group was over for her. Her memoir would be really exciting though I have a feeling she'd glass over a lot.
  17. It's amazing how they went from such huge opening sales post Geri to such mediocre sales with Holler and Forever less than 2 years later. I guess it really was a case of momentum for the Spice Girls and they just couldn't have such a big break without losing fans. The move to RnB obviously didn't help either. Goodbye is such a beautiful ballad and really holds up today. The official charts have it at 896,000 sales in this new article. http://www.officialcharts.com/chart-news/c...ecome-1__17230/
  18. Almost the top 3 I predicted. I am glad it's one each from the three with the best solo music (imo)
  19. If she'd released two versions of the single and it had gone to number 1 then everything after had happened as it did it would've been so amazing to be the first and only female artist to have her first 5 singles all reach number 1.
  20. It did seem rather tasteless to post a new pic of the three together yet still tag the others as if to say you aren't invited to our celebration but we want you to know about it. Anyway can't believe it's 15 years I watched to see Geri's debut as a judge but ended up following Girls Aloud's career. They had a great run of albums that I still enjoy. Gonna have a listen to my fave Chemistry now.
  21. I think a deserving top 3 would be (in any order) I Turn to You Maybe Mi Chico Latino
  22. This Groove is ok but far too high on this in my opinion.
  23. It's Raining Men has really held its popularity from 2001 and seems like a very beloved cover version which is nice. I don't like it being the song that defines Geri's solo career though as she's written some wonderful songs herself. I'll Be There is such a beauty Emma's voice is flawless.
  24. Watching Vanessa in the jungle made me want to revisit the discography. Faves of mine that still sound good Fall Denial One Shot Get Ready Get Set (not releasing as a single was such a mistake) White Lies Singles wise the discography still holds up really well outwith a few that didn't feel right as singles (Forever Is Over, Gentleman) Up (single mix), Ego, Higher, All Fired Up, What About Us and Not Giving Up are still unbelievably strong pop songs.
  25. I'm pretty sure that is true they obviously thought she was going to smash it as a solo artist given the expensive video for Not Such an Innocent Girl and the expensive looking new website she launched at the time alongside the expensive producers used and the thought that she could easily take on Kylie in a chart battle. There was a big hoo ha around her at that time and I'm sure an era like Cheryl Coles first was expected.
