Firstly yes, what Isanka meant "Una stupida fatalita" is translated "A Stupid Fatality. And as for what she is singing about in "Esibizionista", the song talks about the experience of falling in love with someone deceitful and unreliable. The lyrics depict the struggles of dealing with this kind of person, using metaphors like an exhibitionist and a gun to symbolize the toxic nature of the relationship and the desire to protect oneself from harm.
