  1. Northern Star
  2. The book paints quite a bleak picture tbh, she discusses the cancer expanding to her brain, her looks changing and Christmas likely to be her last, so it doesn't look very promising. The silence doesn't help but it's fully understandable as I imagine that informing the world isn't exactly on the list of her priorities at the moment.
  3. Yes I'm pretty confident this is it in terms of her in the public eye. The book told what she wanted to say and she mentions she doesn't feel strong nor feels confident about her looks have changed. She was very low-key before and she's clearly just focusing on living a happy quiet life for as long as she's allowed to. I thought about it and I reckon IF we'll get a picture it will possibly be from when she and the girls last met at Soho Farmhouse, when the band turns 20 next year or when... you know when =\
  4. I have to agree a little bit. I don't even enter the looks territory, I mean both her attitude and her way of using her voice tend to be/sound a bit childish and I personally liked the stern yet mature version of Madonna that she was from Ray Of Light to Rebel Heart. I think Bitch I'm Madonna was a bit the first sign of her starting to lose her marbles, or at least credibility in my eyes. And since she's opened an Instagram account things have been spiralling in terms of cringe :P (and then Maluma, the Eurovision situation, just a few things that made me wish she was a bit more 'authentic' (I personally loved her Ray Of Light era in that sense, and especially up until Confessions).
  5. This sounded like a long shot from the start and unfortunately the request has been denied. The hearing stays scheduled for end of September and Jamie has not been suspended from his role.

Yes as an Italian myself I did find her accent bit more Russian/Eastern European sounding than typical Italian, but I'm here for it regardless.
  7. Same. I like it but not more than that.

Yes this is very mono-dimensional of her tbh, especially coming one week after Normani served the visuals.
  9. Average was my choice. Unfortunately it fails to hit me as a 'hidden jam' and it's ok to hear an unreleased track from the time but quite happy it wasn't included in the album or chosen as a single. Could have been a b-side but prefer the other b-sides from this era to it.

It's quite underproduced for me, it has potential to explode at the chorus but it doesn't happen =\ hopefully a good remix will do it the justice it deserves.
  11. I mean, it fits the theme and genre/production, it's recent, artwork has the same aesthetics as the others from this era... I hate when they do these things! XD
  12. Coming to MTV in October as well.
  13. Oh the Loose Women performance sounded good to me, actually better than expected after more recent performances.
  14. Even if people were trying to save face now I don't care as long as that helps her out of the conservatorship. She can get rid of the scum later down the line.

For a second I feared this would be a football-related song XD
  16. LMAO I also assumed that it was a district in London or somewhere renowned for football

Her album, whether it's through streaming gimmicks or not, has been in the top40 for about 2 years now, so no, I can't see her being dropped anytime soon, or at least not just after a song that underperformed..?
  18. This is getting bleaker by the day. Sad but I think it's actually putting good pressure on the villains here. The worst it is revealed to be the more they should be pushed to do something about it (that's my hope).
  19. I wouldn't say so. Cheryl normally celebrates with Nicola and Kimberley so it would have not looked anything different from the usual.
  20. Yes but he's not a person someone in the position of Britney would want to be associated with I think.
  21. Can't help but think of Sarah =\ but beautiful to see 4 of them reunited, especially Nadine in the same room as Chimola!
  22. Madge is being dragged on IG for posting a story in which she included a picture comparing the kiss between Lil Nas X and his dancers to her kiss to Christina and Britney and commenting #DidItFirst  a bit tone deaf from an LGBTQ+ icon of her carature.
  23. This is damage control from a terrible actress. Not the best attitude/tone either.
  24. I was 19 at the time and found out about this when I got home from finishing my high school final exams, so I feel like I had died and gone to heaven! Such a good feeling at once from all of the above. I later flew to London with a friend and my brother to see them before the Christmas break (and meet Mel B at Selfridges!), so this tour is perfection in my eyes. I also didn't buy the 'last time around' thing, but for me it does feel like the last time when VB was a contributing part of the group so I'm glad I experienced this era fully.
  25. Unfortunately I have to quote all of the above. Of course being in a room with Madonna would have me DEAD, but her whole attitude lately has been putting me off her a bit. There's nothing new or original about her, and I feel like she looks a bit desperate trying way too hard to be cool. I'll forever love her cause for 30 years/up to a decade ago she was basically impeccable. But at the same time I think she's at her lowest atm. I feel Cher, for example, has managed to retain an iconic status while coming across as a lot more credible than Madge at this point. I don't know what it is, there's just something really off about her for me.
