  1. Loved last weeks winner. Sorry I couldn't vote, I was away from computers all weekend. :( It cost me a couple of places. Here's my eye-damaging effort for this week! http://www.mediamax.com/neilbaylis/Hosted/Raveonettes.jpg
  2. Now there's a tune! I guess every year from now on the chart will be full of Xmas tunes at Xmas - as well as Halloween tunes at Halloween, and every big love song around Feb 14th.

Congrats to last week's excellent winners - sorry I couldn't take part. Loads of excellent entries this week already. Here's mine - I seem to have gone a bit psychedelic this week! http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa240/45cat/BlocParty.jpg
  4. Here's mine for this week. Unfortunately I won't be near a computer this weekend, so I shall lose 20 points for not voting. Perhaps I'll make Buzzjack history and be the first entrant with a negative score! http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa240/45cat/SigurRos.jpg
  5. Love this. Is it getting any airplay? If it gets on playlists it might do top 30 or even 20, but if it doesn't it'll get lost in the Christmas rush, which would be a great shame.
  6. What's the point of fining teens with no money? How does that work? About as well as the teens!
  7. Congratulations to the top 3 - all great covers. Dunno what I'm gonna do this week yet.

  10. From today's Popbitch email: "We reported a rumour that the print version of the NME was to close. We have been assured by NME, and accept that any such rumour is entirely false and there is no such plan in place or in contemplation. We apologise to the publishers of the NME for this inaccuracy". Oh well.
  11. Wow! Not sure I'll manage two designs every week, but here goes… http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa240/45cat/BritneyBlackout.jpg Might fiddle about with this more later in the week.
  12. Here's my hellish Halloween special this week… Mwa-ha-ha-ha! :teresa: :magic: :arrr:  http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa240/45cat/AvrilHot2.jpg
  13. Congrats to the winners. Loved GOODVIBES' cover. Loving Jark's Robyn cover for this week… I must do better!

  15. I've changed mine: http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa240/45cat/BritneyGimeMore.jpg I've changed the original post as well.
  16. Once, when it was a great music paper that covered many areas of music, I would have cared. Now it's a kids indie comic with all the depth of Heat or Hello I couldn't care less. Good ridance!
  17. Had a change of mind, so I've gone for this instead… http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa240/45cat/BritneyGimeMore.jpg Britney goes punk, b**ch!
  18. Wow! This is my favourite so far.
  19. More people in the UK also means more people to work in hospitals, surely?
  20. Phew! At least that means there will be enough people working here to pay for my pension. Result!
  21. I like 'Snake in the grass' for the simple reason that it was the first song I ever saw played 'live'. It was a school trip to be in the audience of the Basil Brush show! It may not have been live, of course! They were probably miming but, when you're ten, who cares?
