MCA dropped Dannii after GIY bombed. She recorded a third album on Mushroom UK but it never saw a release as she was let go from this label too in 1995 as they couldn't afford to keep her on. Ironically, Mushroom later scored big with Garbage and Peter Andre.

Kylie's had some success here, although fleeting. CGYOOMH went Top 10 and Fever got as high as #3 but BL and it's singles all flopped.

I've ordered it from HMV. Neon Nights was released here, it failed to chart but sold about 20k which is good for an album on a small label with no promo and no big hits, Ultimate Kylie sold about the same. :lol: IBTW made #2 on the Dance Airplay Charts and DWLTF made #8 but that chart is pointless and means nothing.

I loove the original too, really had a lot of potential but the finished product was just weak.

Perfection could have been big....if it had better lyrics and a better video. The Boy-You're -So -Perfect spoken part was just dire. :puke2:

It was meant to come out after YWFAM but when that underpreformed they cancelled it so it must've been one of the first things she did at AATW. BTW I have only heard a one minute snippet any chance someone could PM me this song (yousendit) so I can hear it in full. BTW I have ordered the CD/DVD from HMV!

That's really bad. I knew Top 10 was out of the question but I had thought between 12 and 15 was realistic. I guess it did well for a song that got NO airplay or is that just an excuse?

Gone sounds pretty good but Sunrise and Good Times sound a little bah but hopefully I'll feel better when I've heard them in full.

Neon Nights was certified Silver in it's first week (60k) and went Gold (100k) about a month later. It sold about 125,000 in total so it out did it's original shipment!

I'm surprised All I Wanna Do wasn't higher. I looooove I Can't Sleep At Night can't wait to hear the album version as it's remixed. How on earth did Perfection get so high and how did it beat So Under Pressure?

AATW are a terrible label but who will take her on? She's got no major clout and with her track record of albums I don't think a major label would take a risk.
