Ok I think I am finally ready to vote. I have based my vote on the songs that I go for the most and the least when I only have time for a quickie :P The first one I go for first is The Actor. It does not have the lyrically genius of The 80's and The 90's or the wit of Good Doctor, but I just love it. It makes me want to get up and boogie and I just love the electro music :yahoo: . It makes me feel brilliant. The one I go for the least is Burslam Normals only because it is so slow. Having said that though when I am in the mood I think its a beautiful haunting song :heart: .

Excellent..I am glad you like it and you can tell just from listeneing that he had an absolute blast making it, and that is one of the many joys of this album. BTW I am looking forward to the Oasis release. I only really know a few of their big songs so a greatest hits will be perfect for me. It will no doubt be massive...Xmas number 1 album probably...greatest hits usually are. Hope Rudebox is still holding strong by then.

Yes we know Jez. It is kind of disappointing but the fact that its number 1 and that its is such an amazing album more than makes up for it for me. Hopefully it will hang around a bit longer than IC if he releases the right singles. Have you heard it Jez...do you like it?

I think this album is completely different musically with the electro, funk sound of it, but his brilliant lyrics are still totally and completely Robbie if you know what I mean. Maybe thats why some think its not really all that different....we still hear him loud and clear with his words :wub: .

I am positive that these are itunes chart figures. A good indication though.

Come on Guys. Shouldn't we be rejoicing in his 8th number 1 album :cheer: . I was thrilled until I came on here :cry: Just relax, enjoy this brilliant album, and be happy that he made it to number 1 with a controversial non-promoted album. I am very proud of him .

I totally agree Lifelight. They make a great team and I hope they continue writing together. Jerry seems like such a character too...no wonder the two of them get on so well....they probably giggle together like 2 schoolboys :D

I don't know how I feel about this. There are much better songs to release as a single and it will scare away those "fans" who still arent sure about buying the album. On the positive side its my kids and my hubby's favourite song...so yet again it wil be another single the public will either love or hate, so another worrying time for us. Can't you just play it safe for once.....please....Rob..... :rolleyes:
