    As much as it would partly be a marketing gimmick to bring Ronaldinho in it's not completely ludicrous. He's past his best yes, but then again with all due respect to Blacburn Rovers, he wouldn't even be in the picture to sign for them if he was still in the top bracket competing for the Ballon d'Or, FIFA World Player of the Year, etc. Without meaning to draw any false comparisons between Serie A and the EPL, Ronaldinho was into double figures for league goals last season, which is a far cry from what Roberts, Kalinic, Benjani, Diouf et al achieved. Even Benni McCarthy prior to his switch to Upton Park.

    I'd like to think Rooney wont be moronic enough to move to City, especially since they've got enough strikers for their first team ANYWAY, but it wouldnt surprise me if he did.

     

    LOL he's a scouser, who left the team he supported as a boy, to come to Manchester. I don't think he particularly cares all that much about 'team loyalty'. I wouldn't really say it would be a moronic decision for him to go to City either, apart from Tevez (as team captain) I couldn't see any of their other strikers getting in the team ahead of Rooney. Adebayor will be gone in January too..

    10 reasons why I should be promoted :lol:

     

    1) I'm highly unreliable and go through long periods away from the site,

    2) 95% of what I post is spam/not constructive in any way, shape or form,

    3) I have habbits of helping to start ridiculous trends that are nothing but hassle for 'management' (e.g. warning fellow buzzjackers for silly, innocuous acts),

    4) I go on the internet for around 2 hours a month during term-time,

    5) I would abuse my power massively and would without doubt ban at least five members without any real justification,

    6) If somebody PMed me with a concern regarding the site I'd probably think to myself "LOL get a life" and then either take no action or send a sarcastic reply back to them. Probably/definitely the latter,

    7) Me and rennie would just have proper epic banter with e-mail addresses, IP addresses, etc.

    8) My passion for this site drained somewhere mid-2007,

    I only watched them because there was nothing else on and my gf wanted me to ring her when they were on. I don't really listen to their music but it was good fun (being drunk helped me enjoy it more obv). WERE YOU THERE?!

     

    weather nasty, well nasty on the tues-thurs making it muddy as hell, the queueing was actual hell, and the camping just generally wasnt as fun, massive police precense more than usual, but it was all made up for the music, one of (if not the) best Reading's i've been to music wise (2008 might slightly beat it), did you see beauty that was The Libertines?

     

    Colin Murray kept mentioning horrible weather in Reading :o But he's just a xubnt tbqh. The Libertines !!!! They were vv good. Arcade Fire completely upstaged them afterwards though. Such a small crowd for AF @@@ leeds too. T'was a shame.
