Just finished this tonight. Really picked up towards the end of the season (as did the first if I remember correctly). The whole of the yellow taxi scene in the final episode was an incredibly evocative piece of television. In fact the rest of that episode was pretty much iconic scene after scene. I must say I was very close to giving up on all of this too.
