  1. I was expecting a pure pop record like No Tears Left To Cry, instead she went full 90s house music direction, which suits her, although I'm not sure that is the direction for a huge US smash. However if she manages to influence more american artists to go that route, then it'll be a welcome change to what is dominating the charts there right now
  2. Sales in 2003 were awful so I'm not too shocked. I remember at that point it was the first year without a million seller
  3. I Wanna Go is a jam, but I also love Shattered Glass

    A fantastic chart
  6. Great choice for their #1, but they're missing some great classics, and I'm having to side eye some of their choices in the top10...
  7. Lucky was a bigger hit, and I feel is more remembered? At least in Europe I definitely heard it more than Stronger. Also the album was so robbed from #1, that was a super close race

Apple music actually slipped his song in for many people's playlists without their request, even when their playlists were mostly pop.

  11. voguemagazine It has now been 20 years since pop princess @BritneySpears released her second studio album, “Oops!… I Did It Again.” On that famed record, the queen of the 2000s churned out some of her biggest hits, such as “Stronger” and “Lucky.” But it’s her lead single, “Oops,” that’s lodged most firmly in our memory, and not just for its earworm-y chorus. The track’s space-age music video is downright iconic. When you think Britney, you think of that red latex jumpsuit. And in honor of the album’s anniversary, we spoke with the video’s stylist to reminisce about that now-famous Oops! costume. Tap the link in our bio for all the stories you've never heard about how the head-to-toe latex look came to be.
