I definitely think it’s fair to have excepted Miley to do quite a lot better than she did considering the album is coming off the back of the one of the biggest streaming hits we’ve ever seen even if her past albums haven’t done as well. I feel like I’ve seen a lot of talk and discourse about this era similar to the biggest pop albums of the last few years so I thought that would translate into bigger streams I mean the album could hold up well like Flowers did so definitely not a flop but I was for sure anticipating quite a bit more
