Rihanna to win I suppose. It's a difficult choice, but only on the basis that both are fairly good songs if not unspectacular, and both artists in reality have better songs.

Pleased on the whole. This was probably the first series where I liked all three finalists and so anything would have been fine really, but as much as I think Amelia was the best on Saturday, Little Mix were probably the most immediately marketable of the final three and as much as I doubted the hype at times, actually ended up being damn good. Awful, awful choice of winners single in 'Cannonball' though. Bland song and neither did anything particularly outstanding with it. I imagine it was chosen when it still looked like Janet would win. If anything I think it's a shame Little Mix start off their career on something so sub-par. I really hope they work with Xenomania for the album now. Coldplay were brilliant. Westlife were nice background music which thankfully didn't distract too much from the VT behind them. The group performance was a fantastic disaster, as was much of the series on the whole. Drunk Kelly is my favourite Kelly Rowland personality. I've liked this series on the whole. I'm alone in this opinion I realize.

Brilliant. Generally in love with her so much, though I will agree that it doesn't quite manage to live up to the standard of 'Video Games'. Very excited for the album though.

I have spent the entire day doing nothing but listening to their entire discography. 8 hours well spent I'd say. If Nadine backs out of the reunion, I could basically replace her now. Actually made me realize how brilliant they were at times to be honest. Three amazing albums and one very good one. Let's just not talk about the debut. 'Biology' still their best. Oh and their b-sides are f***ing brilliant.

I'm not quite sure how, but we've somehow ended up with the best final four The X-Factor has ever had. Genuinely mystifying considering how much of a car crash this series has been, but there we are. Actually really like all four acts left, and don't mind who wins. YES at Janet going. About six weeks overdue. Inevitable that she was going the moment she landed in the bottom 2 really, and thank god for it. Not sure why Kelly decided not to vote, since the outcome of voting Janet would have been the same. She was clearly headed in that direction anyway until Dermot gave her the option to bail out. Olly Murs has ruined The Muppets for me, and Jessie J oversang as per usual. Imagine if Misha had been eliminated though. She'd have FLIPPED and snapped Janet in half in about 30 seconds. (A part of me wishes this had happened).

Christ this is a bloody disaster. You could see it coming a bit over the past week or so, but considering this was in reality meant to be the album that solidified them as the dominant girlgroup on the scene, then I don't think anyone could really see it going this amount of tits up for them. If they survive this then frankly they can survive anything, up to and including nuclear war probably. The album's grown a bit on me though. I'm sure this comforts them.

01 Misha 02 Amelia 03 Marcus 04 Little Mix 05 Janet Now I really have to state at this point how much I hate the concept of 'guilty pleasures'. Nothing but an excuse for some tedious indie bores to look down at what are actually brilliant pop records. And whilst it wasn't quite as bad as last year I grant you, I still spent a great deal of time complaining about it. Misha was back on form for me. The 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun' performance I did not expect to work as well as it did, and the rap was brilliant. Having the same set-up as the 'Rolling In The Deep' performance was genius too, as it was when she was at her best. Her best in weeks. 'Killing Me Softly' was also very good. Amelia was better with her first performance. With 'Since U Been Gone' I actually agreed with Gary, because as much as I love her for having Kelly Clarkson as her musical hero, there were tuning issues. Marcus was good. Had better performances in the past. Same for Little Mix, whose song choices were either not really appropriate for them, or just predictable. 'Beautiful' was handled nicely enough though I suppose. Janet was, as to be expected, a complete and utter car crash. The show is really throwing her under the bus and making no attempts to be subtle about it at this point. Or Kelly hates her as much as I do and wants rid of the bloody thing. Somehow she even made 'Mmmbop' sound boring. Now that is an accomplishment. I did laugh at her VT claiming she had an alternative taste in music too, and then she did the All Saints version of 'Under The Bridge'. If she doesn't at least land in the bottom 2 this week then we're clearly stuck with the bloody thing forever. An average night on the whole it has to be said. Janet aside I do rather like them all, but they should be more exciting at this point.

OBSESSED with this. It's taken a few weeks for it to fully dawn on me how brilliant this is admittedly, but yes, much better than most (I want to say all, but 'In For The Kill' was rather amazing) of La Roux's stuff.

#16 is a bit crap. Whilst I'm by no means as much of a fan of The Saturdays as I was when they started out, it's never nice to see them failing. This for me was always going to be their make or break album, and unless there's a miracle somewhere along the lines, then I don't think the predictions of it being the end for them are too far off frankly.

On the whole I'm disappointed. I wanted them to step up their game with this album, and they just haven't done so. There's plenty of good songs, 'Faster' and 'Get Ready Get Set' in particular, but nothing that really stands out as being brilliant or at least up to the standard that existed with most of the tracks on 'Chasing Lights'. A shame it's probably going to be a disaster chart wise too. I was actually rather surprised when 'My Heart Takes Over' did so badly, it all seemed to be going reasonably well for them.

It's amazing how much this show has made me hate Gary Barlow. And not even in a half-kidding way as with Tulisa and Janet, but full on hating his guts. But anyway, I'm very pleased Craig went. I was convinced Amelia was going, and frankly she technically shouldn't be there so it wouldn't have been a great loss, but his gurning face and boring performances were annoying and tiring. Not to mention he ruined a fantastic song in the sing-off. Amelia was better in her save me performance too, and whilst shouty, was at least bearable. Rihanna was amazing. Rebecca Ferguson also very good. The prospect of both Olly Murs and Jessie J next week is frankly horrifying.
