Somehow Little Mix managed to be the best of the night by some distance. They've been strong in the past, but them making the final now seems a very realistic possibility. Who'd have thought it at the beginning of live shows. Amelia, Marcus and Misha were all very good, but the former was better last week, and the latter two have both been more interesting in the past. Misha in particular gave her blandest performance to date and I actually agree with the comments Gary gave her. Tulisa having never heard 'Think'. Oh dear. Just as I was starting to appreciate her as a judge. Janet wasn't half bad this week to give her credit. Considering how dire she's been recently at least. That VT was dreadful though, and the whole 'I don't like pop, I don't wear dresses, WAH WAH WAH' just made me dislike her more. Craig was coma enticing.

Their sex must involve a hell of a lot of gurning. God I hated Danyl. He ruined 'And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going'.

I'll presume the Glee cover isn't one of these shared new entries, but yes, their mostly much more alternative based this week than they were last week. I really wished I'd have gotten into the St Lucia track earlier now, I did hear it a few weeks back. I'm the same with The Sound Of Arrows. I liked 'MAGIC' but never really considered listening to an album of theirs until it appeared pretty much everyone thought it was brilliant. Thanks Tom. Very much so agreed on 'Voyage', it's up there with the best. I did indeed see Florence's X-Factor performance, she was very good, even if she did look about 40. The Glee cover is by far the best thing they've since in absolutely ages.

Loved this episode, I really do think Season 3 has been rather strong to date now, or at least certainly stronger than the first 6 episodes of last season. I'm hoping the next few episodes consist of nothing but Santana slowly ruining Finn's life. I know I've said it before, and perhaps it's getting tired now, but she is by far the best thing about the show, and this episode showed that better than anything else. The 'I haven't even told my parents' line was very tragic. If he deserved it or not, I fully approve of anyone hitting Finn. Worst character ever.

A shame to see Kitty go, but it was inevitable really. I will miss her and her crazy. And the VT's where she did nothing but sit in her pajamas looking at internet forums. Ah memories. A shame she didn't go mental and punch Dermot upon elimination though. I imagine her plans now consist of killing Gaga, taking her place and hoping no one notices. Misha going next week I imagine. At which point she and Kitty can go off together as a murderous, psychotic version of Thelma and Louise. Assuming she isn't arrested for murdering Janet of course. Who on earth is even voting for Janet though? Name and shame yourselves now. Gaga's performance was alright, I still don't really think much of 'Marry The Night'. One Direction looked very nice. This was the only bit I concentrated on.

A couple of perfectly solid Marcus and Kitty performances would probably have been the ones to just miss out, and really I feel the standard between Misha and the rest has been ridiculous at times, tonight's performance was the first one were I don't think she really delivered as well as she could have.

As much as I wanted to see 2 Shoes give the most gaymazing performance of 'Poker Face' possible, Amelia returning was inevitable and probably the best result. Her performance was by no means the best but considering she'd only had two days was solidly very good. Though I do find it amusing that a song about a mans struggle with AIDS has now been turned into one about someone being rejected by Kelly Rowland. Is Sophie whatsmyface being erased from history I take it too? Kitty was very boring tonight it has to be said. Clearly going home tomorrow. Though the hilarity of the fact that Misha stole her song and therefore RUINED HER LIFE is still amazing. I love Misha. I hope she spent the week taunting Kitty about it. Though Misha clearly shouldn't be allowed to speak to Dermt after her performance, it ruins her bitch persona for me. Janet is never going to piss off is she? Even after this is all finished, she's still going to find a way of annoying me I'm sure. She even managed to make 'Somebody To Love' sound dull and coma enducing. Craig was technically fine, but he still annoys me. Gary calling him versatile was hilarious. And I really wish someone had called out the fact he sang the song to a girl, despite being gay and the song being Gaga. Marcus was very good, if not quite as such as last week, and Little Mix were decent, but forgettable. Kelly's brain appears to be dying on her. Or Tulisa's drugging her. Either way she wasn't really totally with us tonight. But was dressed as Janelle Monae so it was all fine. The 'technical difficulties' at the start was clearly because Misha killed a camera man who looked at her funny. EXCITED FOR ONE DIRECTION TOMORROW. Oh and Gaga I suppose.

Not really watched since Heaven's eviction bar the odd episode here and there, but I'm pleased with an Aaron win. Would have preferred Alex really, but a decent choice all the same. I actually rather like the entire final 5. I'd have been happy with anything really. Though I'm inclined to think I'd have gone off Jay if I'd continued watching.

The Adele mash-up is just perfect. By far the best musical performance of the season so far. 'And your moustache is thicker than a middle eastern dictators' is now possibly one of my favourite Santana lines to date. Can we not just make the entire show about her?

ALBUM OF THE YEAR CONTENDER! I wasn't even a massive fan of theirs before this week, and only listened to the album on the basis that seemingly everyone seemed to think it was brilliant. Now I'm just appalled I didn't love them sooner.

Of all the possible outcomes of Frankie going, this is actually the one I thought they'd never go with. Because really it is far too late to re-introduce a contestant. If this was week 3 it'd be fine but they'll have missed a hefty majority of the competition. I am very excited at the prospect of seeing 2 Shoes again. In reality I expect Amelia will win out of the four, the two boys were extremely dull, and I remain convinced that if Jonjo stayed there would be some campaign from The Sun for him to win on the basis of him being a soldier. Really they could have just gone with two contestants in the final. Ah well.

Spector, The Good Natured, Alex Winston, Kyla La Grange and Oh My! are my predictions. I'm hoping someone like Florrie or Spark make an appearance but I'm trying not to get my hopes up. You do have to laugh at Jessie J winning this last year, considering the pile of cack she delivered as an album.

Was genuinely very surprised to see The Risk land in the bottom three, let alone be bottom of the vote. Though they had been bloody boring over the past few weeks. I hope Kelly spends the next week rubbing it in Tulisa's face. Was rather saddened by both Johnny and Kitty being in the sing-off. It was a bit like choosing between your two very weird, but strangely lovable children. On the whole, right decision, because Kitty meeting Gaga will be a joy to watch. Restraining orders and all. Florence was very good, but a tad disappointing. And looked 42. JLS as coma enticing as always. But thankfully actually wearing clothes tonight.

Niall looks confused in his. As ever. Liam continues to look like he hates every single waking minute of being in One Direction. Which I find very amusing. I must resist buying all the seperate solo artwork though, I am not that obsessed yet.

A disappointing night considering how good last week was and how much of a hot mess the week before was. Misha and Marcus were certainly the highlight. The former has done better, but frankly it's difficult for a 'Proud Mary' performance not to be all sorts of fabulous. The latter is going through some Alexandra Burke-esque journey clearly, and might actually win this. All he needs now is a Beyonce duet. Loved Johnny. I know we get to hear him sing properly last week, but he bored me a bit and it was all very amazing tonight. Kitty was equally very good, I love her performances purely on the basis they're a lovely peak into what happens inside her disturbed head. I hate to say it, but despite how much I hate his face, Craig was actually very good. Somehow. Frankie managed the impossible, and made me hate 'I Gotta Feeling' even more than I already do. He's like a one man The Kooks, awful. Janet was lifeless, better than last week, but still not very good. The Risk were dull. Little Mix were good, but not quite as much as last week. Ideally Frankie and Janet would go. In reality, I think Kitty is the only guaranteed exit. Was nice to have Queen Kelly back on the show. She clearly appeared to be on the same drugs Burke was on last week. Gary annoyed me though, we've reached a worrying stage where I'm agreeing with what Louis says on matters now. Tulisa still shit.

Love Rory. Though if you have an Irish accent, I'm automatically yours really. He's far too cute. Fully approving of Brittana having joined Mercedes. If Mike's abs could hobble over too then New Directions could just cease to exist. 'Last Friday Night' performance made them look a bit like a Christian relief group trying to look edgy. I've gone back to full on hating both Quinn and Finn. The former was much more interesting in the 1.5 episodes where she had The Skanks, and the latter is still a self-righteous knob. Puck/Shelby storyline is kinda predictable but bearable enough.

Kelly's 'I'm sick *cough* *cough*' performance was amazing. Either she's caught a disease from Frankie or she was faking it and on her way to Beyonce's Halloween party. She will kill Alexandra Burke undoubtedly though. Who clearly can't be allowed to look after anyone's pets when they go on holiday anymore. Don't care for Sophie going. Her save me performance was as forgettable as she was and she was really only there to make up the numbers. If anything I'm surprised she made it to week 3. Misha would so have beat the living daylights out of anyone if they'd sent her home. I am surprised she landed there though, I was expecting plenty of other people to be at more risk than her. Cher was awful. First time hearing the song, awful, and she had no stage presence at all. Nicole's new song is very boring too. She should have just done 'Poison' again. I imagine Tulisa had super glued herself to the judging chair incase Nicole shoved her off it and took her place.
