  1. Love 'No No No' so much. It's been overshadowed by the more successful singles I guess, but it's still up there with their best for me.
  2. Quite surprised at 'Wings' and 'Not Giving Up' missing the top 50. Pleasantly so with the former, I've really tried but I just can't get into it that much. The latter I initially thought was overrated when everyone was demanding it be released as a single, but the single mix added a nice little touch to it. 'Caught In A Moment' is lovely, and I'd say probably their most underrated single? Heidi sounds brilliant on it. 'Missing You' has some fairly nice lyrics I guess, but otherwise it's just a bit tedious. I've never understood why people hold 'About A Girl' in such high regards either. It sounds just as generic as the rest of the 'Sweet 7' material. I really like pretty much everything that's left now, but I'd choose 'Ugly', 'Easy', 'The Promise', 'Issues' and 'What About Us' to go next.
  3. Things are coming together a bit better now. 'Can't Speak French', 'Little Me' and 'Too Much' are great songs, but they're more or less at the correct positions here. 'My Heart Takes Over' should be lower, their vocals sound almost screechy at times, and 'Wake Me Up' should be a bit higher. 'About A Girl' and 'Missing You' are outstaying their welcome.
  4. 'Run For Cover' being that low is OUTRAGEOUS. It's one of their best!
  5. 'I'll Stand By You' is nice, and turned me into an utter mess at the last tour, but as with all their covers it just doesn't match up to how good the original material is. I'm glad 'Jump' is their highest cover, but it should probably be their next song out. I like 'Forever Is Over' as well, but it suffers only because it shouldn't have been recorded by The Saturdays. I don't know how true the whole 'it was meant for Kelly Clarkson' thing is, but she probably would have made it sound better. Deserves to be a bit higher here though. '30 Days' is just bog-standard Saturdays album track material and I don't really understand why they released it as a single. It's fine, but there's not much to it. Hopefully 'I Know Where's It At' will be the last All Saints song we lose for a while since the remaining four are all well known/recent enough?
  6. Hmm. I thought 'How Ya Doin?' would do a lot better for some reason. If nothing else it deserves to be above 'Change Your Life'. They absolutely nailed it live. 'Whole Lotta History' is lovely. It was always going to exit quite early I guess, but it deserves to be above 'I'll Stand By You' and a lot of the Saturdays singles still left at least. I'd say it's probably the only time they nailed anything resembling a ballad. I think Brian Higgins said once that 'Long Hot Summer' was made in a rush, and you can tell. It just doesn't quite feel solid and complete enough, and obviously it ended up being one of the weakest tracks on 'Chemistry'. Saying that, Nadine's rap is a little amazing. 'Just Can't Get Enough' does deserve to be noticeably higher than the Walk This Way/Word Up covers, because I think it manages to work a little bit better, but it's definitely the weakest of those 5 songs. There needs to be a Saturdays clear out at this stage. '30 Days', 'My Heart Takes Over', 'Missing You' and 'If This Is Love' all need to go.

  8. 'Beautiful Casue You Love Me' really should be much lower. It sounds like something they rejected from the first album. Sugababes singles are falling a little too quickly. 'Shape' is far from a career highlight, but it gets too much flack, and I've always rather liked 'Follow Me Home' even if it was a questionable single choice. Otherwise things are going surprisingly well! The Saturdays could maybe do with a cull now.
  9. I can't help but love 'Gentleman'. It's so stupid and ridiculous, but so good at the same time. Nowhere near their worst when 'Missing You', 'Just Can't Get Enough' and 'My Heart Takes Over' also exist. That dire video. The lyrics that make no sense. That gloriously shit rap. Learning that Una wants to shag Larry King. Amazing. Poor All Saints is a thing I feel I'm going to be saying a lot in this thread. 'War Of Nerves' is gorgeous. 'Pure Shores' and 'Never Ever' better get decent positions at least.
  10. That's probably the correct bottom 5. 'Cater 2 U' isn't a bad song, but lyrically it feels like everything Destiny's Child weren't meant to be. 'Stand Up For Love' doesn't really do much for me either, but I think Michelle's verse is quite glorious.
  11. Hmm. Not really the bottom ten I would have hoped for. 'All Hooked Up', 'Soul Sound', 'Chick Fit' and maybe even 'No Can Do' deserve better, or at least to finish above trash like 'Beautiful Cause You Love Me'. The next lot needs to feature a Girls Aloud cull really. I'm actually a little surprised the lowest All Saints songs aren't the forgettable covers. 'Girls' coming last is definitely the right result though. A song with no redeeming qualities.

  15. Ugh. This show sometimes. I guess Toya was always going to be on borrowed time and probably would have gone in the next few weeks anyway, but I'll miss her. What she said about Helen not having any respect for Jale showed that she could really be spot on at times, and she gave a brilliant interview. I'm starting to think things weren't that close between her and Ash in the end though. That idiotic crowd was brutal on her. What is the point of chanting 'OFF' when you've presumably queued for hours to watch the interview? Mixed feelings on the twist. I'm glad Jale gets a week off, and I'm glad a boy is going, but I hope Helen doesn't dictate things too much and we end up losing someone like Matthew. Ideally I'd like Marlon to go. Ash I can just about tolerate, but all Marlon brings to the show is casual misogyny. I'm surprised people aren't enjoying this series. Toya leaving is a blow, but I think there are still plenty of fairly likeable people in there, and it's just never ending drama! What's not to like?
  16. If we must 01 Up 02 Ego 03 Higher 04 All Fired Up 05 Disco Love 06 Notorious 07 Work 08 Not Giving Up 09 What About Us 10 Forever Is Over 11 Issues 12 Gentleman 13 If This Is Love 14 30 Days 15 Just Can't Get Enough 16 My Heart Takes Over 17 Missing You It's a pretty impressive run. I'd consider the top 4 to be particularly outstanding, and everything above 'If This Is Love' to be a solid 8/10. 'What Are You Waiting For' would maybe slot between 'Notorious' and 'Work' right now.
  17. 'Them eyelashes make her look like a transvestite.' Ashleigh's casual brutality is BRILLIANT. I can't quite make my mind up about her though. It depends on whether she's an excellent game player who's deliberately manipulating those around her, or if she's simply too scared to confront Helen. I feel Helen vs Ashleigh is going to happen sooner rather than later though, and Helen isn't going to come out of it well. Kimberly also confuses me. I honestly thought at the beginning she could be Makosi levels of brilliant at playing the game, but right now she looks like a fool who'll be evicted very soon. Toya's 'you've lost yourself' speech to Danielle the other day was also outstanding. I'm really hoping Ash has sealed his own fate now, because we need more batshit stuff like that.
  18. From what I understand the song was initially submitted for 'On Your Radar' so it predates 'Trouble' anyway. Definitely sounds like it could be a Martin Solveig produced Icona Pop track though, so I obviously love it. The only concern I had about a Xenomania single was that they'd be given something like 'Something New', which the gays/the fans/this forum would love, but wouldn't really connect with a more casual audience. As it stands though I think this has the potential to be huge.
  19. The top rated comments on the Big Brother Facebook page are now a lot more pro-Toya and anti-Marlon/Ash. Nothing concrete, but it at least suggests she isn't quite as doomed as we first thought. It's a shame she's up against both of them, because if she only faced one I'd be getting quite confident about her chances of staying. Ashleigh is quickly becoming one of my favourites. I'd love it if she emerged as a secretly amazing game player who's intentionally driving Helen to the point of despair.

  22. Oh so much love for Toya. She's ever so slightly mental, and doesn't really express herself in the most helpful way to herself, but everything she said about Winston/Marlon/Ash was spot on tonight. She's probably doomed in the eyes of the public, which is a great shame, but I adore her. I really, really hope tonight kills off Winston as the favourite to win. What a prick. I'm enjoying this series so much. It reminds me a lot of BB6. No one's particularly likeable all the time, but there's so much drama in every episode that it doesn't matter.
