It felt very natural, which was so nice. :wub: I truly think new music is dependent on how the reissue goes, and I hope they're seeing just how much love there is out there for them right now. UK chart position aside, they've managed to sell out a few of the packages on their store, and I do think the worldwide sales will be enough to establish the fact that they're still profitable. Although they have no involvement in it, the Essential boxset is evidence of that, too!

I like to think that the Essential boxset - shit as it is - is a sign of Universal's willingness to revisit the Sugababes catalogue. They'd be plain stupid not to release vinyls of the golden years. Additional material would be absolutely unreal, but I'm not sure if that's been the case with other Universal/Island reissues?

100%. Although they went for a more mature/polished look with Taller, it still felt authentic - more of a natural progression. Plus we could always count on Mutya to keep things fresh with her monthly change of hairstyle. There was still an element of individuality. With 3.0 that was much less the case. We only need to look at Sweet 7 in terms of their loss of control. Ahh, so excited to hear this! Apparently my copy should be arriving today, so we shall see. :w00t:

Thank you for compiling this! Praying that one day we get to hear even a few of these. I remember these track titles so well! I even remember reading the MTV article, which also mentioned their plans for the Red Dress video - black and white with only the colour red visible, or something along those lines. This was right before Mutya's departure was announced. :cry:
