It's a start. She finally has her voice back to (EUGH I SOUND LIKE SUCH A LOON). aelXCwRick4 Now she just has to get on board with some good producers.

I like to mix it up. Most of my electric guitar playing is mainly influenced by Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, David Bowie, U2 and Led Zeppelin. But I love playing acoustic stuff in the style of Bob Dylan, Jamie T, Bob Marley, etc. I also have a thing that I like to take pop tracks and turn them into either acoustic tracks or heavy guitar tracks (i.e. my metal cover of 'Telephone'). I should post some videos really.

It isn't about being successful, she just has to be true to herself this time and release a great pop/rock record. Inevitably it'll be successful in Europe, just most probably not the UK.

Quite similar to my point, and I fully agree! I'm pretty sure she could have came out with 100 transexuals wearing nothing but glitter to hide their body parts, but she didn't, she just gave a simple fantastic performance.

It seemed a bit underwhelming, but I really liked the simplicity of it tbh! Away from all the lights, smoke, etc. you could really tell that vocally she is excellent, plus I never knew what a great dancer she was! T'was a nice performance!

I don't see what the fuss is to be honest.. Britney hasn't actually had a MAJOR hit in the UK since 2004 [Toxic/Everytime, 7 years ago!!], so the fact that she still managed to reach #6 is still a great achievement (if fact, it's a great achievement for any artist!). But let's be honest here, GaGa is MASSIVE right now, she's an unstoppable machine (and it's pretty obvious that worldwide, Gaga will end up selling loads more than what Britney will). But it shouldn't matter. As long as everyone listens to the music they like to listen to, then chart and sales positions are just irrelevant really.

J. Lo is actually releasing something DECENT? :o (Okay, I did enjoy 'Get Right' though!). Why has this not been released yet?

Britney's material so far is better (and if it's anything like 'Blackout', then I'm sure her album will be to), but let's not kid ourselves. GaGa is the biggest thing to happen to commercial pop music in about the last 10 years, she will trounce Britney this year.

And what about your next career plans for this year? Actually, now I am creating. When I get home I will continue writing. I'm very lively with it and I look forward to the dive into it again. It's great to experience that feeling again. When jumping into it headfirst, you cannot do anything else, except go ahead. A release date? If everything goes according to plan, I might have deadlines met before the end of the year. But it looks more like the beginning of the next. It depends on how much "magic gets going." So it might be a good Christmas gift? It is an essential item on the wish list for each of my fans. Right now I do not know yet.
