No, I don't think it's just a preference though, I think it's just the effects of the media. They always show the heroine in films as the dashing blonde, blue eyed beauty and the black/Asian/mixed race women are just extras. It's like every race goes for the "white ideal" e.g. little black children choosing the white dolls over the black ones because the "black ones are bad/ugly". I'm a black female and I hardly find myself attracted to black boys, and I think that's sad. It explains why black females are apparently the highest number of single females- society just doesn't find us attractive, so our self esteem is shot down from childhood. For example a schoolteacher's pupils were playing a board game and the play pieces were little children (2 white boys, 2 white girls and a black girl), the students (maybe 5yrs old) were arguing over who would have to settle for the black girl piece. None of them wanted her. I think most if not all the children were black (not sure). True, plus with the racism continuing beyond slavery e.g. my dad got stopped and searched so many times whilst driving his dad's car as a teen, some of us do feel entitled. Your ancestors beat us, killed us, dragged us away from our homes less than 200yrs ago so us cussing you on comedy shows (which a few white people attend and laugh at the jokes as well) is nothing in comparison. I HATE that word and get SICK and TIRED of some of my community saying they want to "claim" it back from white people. If racists used that word to insult us in the past, why use it? It's disgusting. Plus (no offence to white people) when black people do something and it becomes the latest craze, white people want to do it too (e.g. stupid Soulja boy t***, cornrows which Beckham/Bo Derek took credit for even though black people have been doing since forever) so they'll think it's cool, use the word and get into serious trouble. I literally cringed at the topic title. Just call it racism, no need for the "black" part in front. PS. "it's alright for them to slate Jews" I sort of feel jealous of Jews in a way. The Holocaust is discussed ALL the time. Memorials, movies, books, school courses, etc and no one seems to mind. Germans are still seen as evil even thought 60 yrs has passed since, yet when we bring up slavery all we get told is "get over it, it was 200yrs ago" or "the Jews got over it, you should too" even though the Jews got support from the public and monetary compensation and all we got were false promises, even though we died in greater numbers and our plight was dragged out for a much longer amount of time. I wouldn't insult a Jew, but I can understand why someone angry would.

She's totally different from when she first came out, right? Maybe she should go back to the way she originally was. She seemed to be alternative and bubbly but now she's a diva showing off her legs in every shot. I really like her though but not her music...plus she seems to strain her voice sometimes e.g. Gotta work, and it hurts listening to it.

Timbaland. P Diddy/P.Diddy/P. Diddy/Puff/Puff Daddy/Sean/Sean Combs is too cocky for me. I hate his attitude, like he's God's gift to the human race. Plus he doesn't care about his artists, especially the Cheri Dennis who's been on his label for 10 YEARS and had NO singles or albums or promotion or anything until now and next year. How can you treat someone like that?
