I think it might’ve indeed been the power of lip sync that made Nymphia win. In my view, in the last episode she became a close 2nd and that last lip sync showed her skills for the first time which is always better if your opponent already lip synced at least 3 times. I wonder what Q meant in that Maddy interview about Nymphia being a bitch and cancelled if anyone were ever to find out. :’)
