xx already sold out :’) I was going to get Burial but decided against it in the end. It would have been nice to get Swim by Caribou but I’m not paying 60 euros for that x
  2. Don’t give in to the pressure of tiktok brains x
  3. Not everything is about ragebait and shock factor. However, standing out does equal attention and therefore points. This is a song competition with a big variety of genres entered each time so I think you might want to be different and stand out in the 50+ songs crowd entered each month. Commonplace Song Contest doesn’t really sound too appealing to me personally x
  4. stares in gen z
  5. How many sessions have you attended though? Apart from an occasional ‘omg this is bad’ comment from me, people are extremely polite with what they say there. The worst you would get is ‘this is not for me’. If more of the fellow pop hoes join then maybe it wouldn’t feel as skewed. It definitely doesn’t feel this way in the votes.
  6. Lots of pop songs are praised during listenthroughs. That poor underrepresented niche genre the kids call pop.
  7. Are you sure? It’s 4 minutes, that’s way too long.
  8. Are you talking about the people reacting in here or those sending longer songs (👀)?
  9. Are we talking about the same contest? How many of songs over 20 minutes have even been entered overall? They rarely even do well. Not to mention, none ever came close to winning before. — I hardly doubt that one country sending a longer song every once in while is entirely proportional with dramatics like threatening to withdraw over it. It just shows a somewhat shallow view of what a song is supposed to look like. Just skip if your short form content brain isn’t able to handle more than 2:20 of one musical performance at a time. Or, indeed, withdraw.
  10. Lol I would’ve already spilled the beans about it x

Crash Out is such a bop, and I feel so seen in the lyrics!!
  12. I was screaming when I saw this lmao

I got Blue in Concert mostly because Blue is super expensive nowadays. I like the new arrangements but not sure it’s worth buying unless you already love the album. I should’ve gotten the Still Blue version at the concert I attended last year but only purchased a poster in the end :’) The original Blue is definitely a top priority from the want list.
  14. Oh wow, two 12s out of 4 total votes lol thank you everyone who voted for mah flop sang x Justice for Jerd!!! How is it last?!
  15. Watch this edition become the shortest so far this year in terms of the song lengths x
  16. It feels like it happened way before :') Surprisingly, there have been no big accusations about Chappell [insert anything from breathing to being a serial murderer] since then.
  17. I finally submitted my votes. Sorry for the further delay - I was outside the whole day yesterday.
  18. That was one of the worst challenges I’ve seen in years. I was so fascinated (in a bad BAD way) with how terrible the editing was. Did they run out of time or money?? Because the lip syncs were edited so much better. Estrella and Flor were the top 2 for me, and Flor won that lip sync. But I figured that they brought Art here to push her to win so I’m not really surprised at the result.
  19. Whitney Houston’s voice is apparently so bad (lol), she had to be included twice :’)
  20. I wouldn’t exactly advertise one of Buzzjack’s lowest points ever and call that disgusting 8-page conservative-media-parroting thread as gossip but ok x
  21. Just saw that Antigoni will be performing in Berlin in September and she booked a space that fits 1500 people. Does she really have this many fans here? :’)
  22. Fair enough. (It’s Crystal Castles’ debut)

~6-9% if the entire country’s population going to see a movie in one weekend? Seems kind of ridiculous. I didn’t think UK partakes in such outrageous forms of tribalism outside of xenophobia x

Ah, I didn’t know there was a privacy setting but I guess it makes sense! Now it should be visible.
  25. Nearah winning that challenge? lol okay I’m glad they did what they planned and saved Tiffany. In the US they would’ve pussied out for sure
