I am really disappointed with the choices on NOW89! I've normally got a song or 2 that I would listen to on both discs, but to me disc 1 is the best and I could happily return disc 2 to manufacturer! I will agree with all comments that it seems like scraping the barrel for tracks. Missing I Don't Care, Shake It Off and Thinking Out Loud (even though Don't has made the tracklist) are big mistakes. I will also concur with the comment that the TBC track is Shake It Off, thinking about Taylor taking her music of Spotify it just makes sense that they are requiring legal consent to add it - so could be a reason as to why TBC status? Then again we could all be wrong. Guessing I will have to look forward to now 90!

Thinking I won't be getting Now 87 either....

the most hated song off the original version for me was In My Own Time. The new anniversary edition is one of my favourites. As some of you have been discussing, Throw It Away, yes, we were ment to be getting it as a single instead of the fantastic track Predictable! I remember going into Woolworths on the Saturday and them checking their release schedule and confirming it was there. Monday morning go in and they said, no thats not here. I preferred CD1s cover to CD2s. I would have loved to have heard the Not Me, Not I remix that was intended for the single (not the 12" Vinyl version apparently)

Yes I still buy CD albums, I have bought less this year, because I don't like all the music thats been out so why spend my money on something I don't like? I have bought more NOW albums over the past few years though

Its all Sony's fault, if they actually cared they could get her over here and the stuff she is releasing of late would, in my opinion do well. Dancing With a Broken Heart to me is completely left, you wouldnt sit at a piano and sing it as it is, even though the Bside to the limited single is the acoustic with it being completely stripped back to its original form where it came from, I could see it doing well, people I have played it to are like, "That ain't Delta" and i have to proove its her. Maybe she should do what she did in the US over here and go with Decca Records!

Only if you live in Australia can you get that version as its done through by txt message.

I think that has been confirmed as not true, or a rumour. I read that somewhere on her forum.

i think "Oh La La" should be the next single. Delta Goodrem's second album did similar to this here in the UK. It reached number 25 back in 2004 in the charts then dropped out the week later, people blamed the christmas rush, even though lead single Out of the Blue made top 10 its first week of release. The second single was her last in the Uk from that album and was the duet with Brian McFadden. (even though she has released her latest song as a single here, she hasn't promoted it so I'm not counting it as a UK single :P ) Back to Alex, there are only 4 options I think for 3rd and final single from this album: Fire, Between The Sheets (possible single mix for that one), Oh La La & Sitting on Top of the World.

To be quite honest I loved the song, I was actually on looking last night to see if it was available on its own as you cant purchase it individually through the eurovision album. Glad to see it was there in 2 formats (single and remixes) - long story short, I only wanted to by Alexandra Burkes new single today, so did that this morning with no sign of Loreen as the number 1 at the time. Yet at work all i could sing and my colleagues could discuss was euphoria so I decided to buy it when i got home, within 5 hours of me working it was number 1!! Agreeing with the comment that it will probably make other people who don't watch the show realise there is power behind eurovision!

Yeah I'm agreeing with a few people here, I don't like the video, when I heard Dark Side for the first time, I imagined my own interpretation and this was not it. I did imagine her with someone else and leading them and showing them her darker side.

All I can say people is we got to get this higher!

Dark Side is my favourite of the album, has notched up more plays than any other track from that album, but from the pictures from the video set I don't think the video will be what I hoped. I was hoping for more of a "dark sided look" where she had an alter ego...thats what I'd do if Dark Side was my song...

To be honest I really hope that its 2 different songs with the same name. Even though they are both with Sony I'm guessing maybe that she has covered Delta's version.

The reason I like the CD singles is, most artists I listen to just release the song as the single for download, and the physical has the added bonuses such as the Bsides or Remixes. Plus you get the artworks too. And if they are doing signings what can they sign if there is no physical copy? Thats why I love the CD singles.

Just so you both know, I have the promo CD for The Silence (Single Mix) on the back it says 6th December so I quite agree that this is like Leona's run....even though Run was released after the album. Plus the cover for The Silence is just the deluxe edition cover of Overcome.

im doing some xmas shopping and as some people have mentioned about the "individual band member sleeves" has anyone got scans of these? I read back on page 4 that is just a cardboard sleeve over the actual album - even so a scan/photo would be appreciated.
