I've thought of that, but I just think it would be easier for people to access past charts if they're all in one thread.

T's Top Ten
February 14, 2008 Issue #1 TW LW WKS 01 05 02 - WITH YOU - Chris Brown 02 03 02 - FEEDBACK - Janet 03 06 02 - TATTOO - Jordin Sparks 04 04 02 - SENSUAL SEDUCTION - Snoop Dogg 05 00 01 - NEW: APOLOGIZE - Onerepublic 06 08 02 - TOUCH MY BODY - Mariah Carey 07 01 02 - DON'T STOP THE MUSIC - Rihanna 08 02 02 - PIECE OF ME - Britney Spears 09 07 02 - ABOUT YOU NOW - Sugababes 10 10 02 - BLEEDING LOVE - Leona Lewis The numbers in the "TW" column that are Maroon are "bulleted" which just means that I like/listen to them more this week than I did last week. The ones in peach, are obviously the opposite. Commentary: I've been listening to Chris Brown's "With You" like crazy this week, and it's definitely my favorite song of the moment. Janet moves up this week, and her album "Discipline" is out next Tuesday, and I"ll be listening to it non-stop. So I wouldn't be surprised if "Feedback" goes to #1 next week. (Speaking of "Feedback", it climbed 25-18 on the Canadian Hot 100 this week. Go Janet!! :yahoo:). Jordin's "Tattoo" has also increased in plays this past week, but I'm starting to get sick of it, so I think this is it's peak. I still love "Sensual Seduction", but I haven't listened to it as much this past week, I still think this one has time though. "Apologize" is new but if If my chart started 5-6 months ago, this would obviously be a re-entry this week. I got sick of it, but I"m starting to like it again, especially since I've been listening to the (underrated) original version a lot this week, and not just the Timbaland Remix. Mariah got me again. I always love her singles, and I've really warmed up to "Touch My Body". I've been listening to it a lot this week, and I know this will be a future #1. There's a remix that someone made of "Touch My Body" with the music to Rihanna's "Umbrella" that's also really good. You can check it out on youtube. Speaking of Rihanna, I don't want to get sick of "Don't Stop the Music" so I'm giving it a break, because if I played it a lot this week, I would most likely already be bored of it. The same goes to "Pieces of Me", which is why both songs fall from the top two slots this week. Sugababes fall to #9. I love the song, but I never hear it on the radio, and I really only hear it based on my own listening. A #7 peak isn't bad for a song that's basically unheard of in Canada though. I'm giving Leona a break as well, because I definitely don't want to get sick of it. I've had it on my mp3 player for months, and it's just now becoming a hit very quickly over here in Canada, so if I don't take a break, I'll most definitely get sick of it. I still love it though. I'm officially tired of Alicia Key's "No One", and that explains it's disappearance on the chart this week. I've played that song out, and then some.

US DIGITAL SALES
Me too. I can't believe it's sold this much and been a #1 seller for this long already. It's generic and bland (just like every song T-Pain is in).
-
US DIGITAL SALES
That's awesome news about Mariah!! does anyone know what the highest debuts are on the Hot 100 Airplay? I know Madonna and Mariah have debuted in the top-10 with "Erotica" at #2, and "Fantasy at #8. And Janet has twice with "That's The Way Love goes" (#4), and "All For You" (#9). And speaking of Janet, it's about time people are warming up to "Feedback" <_< as is moves 48-41 on that digital chart.

T's Top Ten
From about 2002-2006, I had my own personal top-40 chart that I did on MS Word that would be based on What I heard and what I liked. I stopped doing it because it was too time-consuming. This is just my top-10 favorite current singles of the moment, based on what I listen to on my mp3 player, or in my car etc. February 14, 2008 Issue #1 LW TW 01 N - DON'T STOP THE MUSIC - Rihanna 02 N - PIECE OF ME - Britney Spears 03 N - FEEDBACK - Janet 04 N - SENSUAL SEDUCTION - Snoop Dogg 05 N - WITH YOU - Chris Brown 06 N - TATTOO - Jordin Sparks 07 N - ABOUT YOU NOW - Sugababes 08 N - TOUCH MY BODY - Mariah Carey 09 N - NO ONE - Alicia Keys 10 N - BLEEDING LOVE - Leona Lewis Commentary: As much as I hate to admit it, I love bubble gum pop which is the reason Rihanna is #1, and Britney Spears is #2. Those songs are so catchy, I always listen to them on repeat. especially this week. I've been listening to Snoop's"Sensual Seduction" a lot this week. If I would've started this chart last week, it wouldn't have even made the top-10. Same goes for Mariah's "Touch My Body", but that's only because it was just released. But yesterday and today, I listened to it a lot, and I love it. It's not uber-creative, and it is generic, but it's pleasant, and fun. I should note that "About You Now" by the Sugababes isn't actually released in Canada, so I've never actually heard it on the radio, and I'm just now starting to listen to it a lot from me downloading it. I've listened to it quite a lot this week. "Bleeding Love" is also newly released in Canada although I've had it on my computer for months because I was curious to hear it when I heard it was such a huge hit in the UK.

Could Nickelback's Rockstar eventually peak at No1?
The only reason I would want them to go to #1 is because theyare Canadian. The song's good, but it's not great.
-
Hot 100 - Feb 16/2008
I totally agree. I think the song will be a hit eventually. It's #26 in Canada (and climbing). She needs to get her ass on TV and perform it, and also do more press. I also don't get why people don't like it. It's a lot better than a lot of other c**p that's out.

Hot 100
I think "Fallin'" is her biggest hit in America. It went to #1 for 6 weeks, and spent a lot of time at #2 as well (It kept on flip-flopping with Jennifer Lopez' "I'm Real" [f/ Ja Rule] for the 31 spot). "My Boo" with Usher also went to #1 for 6 weeks. "Fallin'" went to #3 in the UK, and "No One" peaked at #6, so it's her second biggest hit (if you don't cound "My Boo" which was a double A-side with Usher's "Confessions Pt.2" that peaked at #5).

   I honestly don't get why everyone's obsessed with her. I like her, but in a manufactured-guilty-pleasure kind of way  It means that the song has more points this week than it did last week. The reason why it was pointed out on that song was because it happens to rank lower than it did last week.
-

Yes, I've seen it. It's really cute ^_^ I hope it goes to #1. ***sings: "And the hearts all over the wooorld tonight, Said the hearts all over the wooorld tonight"***

 at Janet only moving up one spot. But I love "With You", so I'm glad that it's top-10 ^_^ And that's a nice jump for Rihanna. GO SNOOP!!!! :o And go Britney's studio engineers, song writers and producers for rebounding to #23!

Predict: Janet Jackson - "Feedback"
There's been a lot of c**p that's gone top-5 on the U.K. chart so I don't see why people don't think this can't go high because it's "not a good song".
