I don't really know any Reba songs, but I tihnk she deserves credit for her first #1 album ever. So congrats to her.

Because "Who Knew" and "U + Ur Hand" both flopped in the US last year, until "U + Ur HJand" all of a sudden exploded at radio earlier this year. So her record company decided to re-release "Who Knew", to capitilize on the surprise success of "U + Ur Hand" :)

Oh, wait. On billboard.com "Do It Well" is only listed as a promo single, and not a digital single. That might be because it hasn't been out for a full week yet, and that may be why it's not listed yet. So next week, the song should jump (since she's #16 on i-tunes right now) :)

They're only charting on Airplay as of now, so that's why they are so low. And neither are stalling on radio.
