OCC released a story regarding the [incredible] 1998 Christmas Number One today, and it gives a good indication of how songs are selling way outside of the Top 1500 - as Goodbye has only appeared a very few brief times. Spice Girls - Goodbye 21 June 2009 - 862,524 20 Dec 2013 - 884,000 So in the past four years, 'Goodbye' has sold 21,476 copies

It would be nice for them to say they did though, and it means extra R1 airplay = more chances of finally getting 400k Whats the criteria for the BRIT nomination, do you know?

What an underwhelming christmas charts. I miss the days my ladies shifted 429,000 copies of a post-album single with the best Christmas number one everrr!
  6. Melanie C and Matt appeared on Gino and Mel Lets Do Xmas today, so would be good to see that have an increase
  7. I don't know if anybody ever checks, but all the talk of The Wanted got me thinking about The Sats financially so I looked up Day and Night Ventures (their company) and this is the latest update after the accounts were filed up to 31/08/2012. £205,143 Cash £22,258 Net Worth £382,770 Assets £360,512 Liabilities They also have a good credit score :)
  8. For the video it should be Ibiza party style or Miami (to appeal to the US) and the girls should be looking SMOKIN' lots of sunlight and happiness then the end should be like the last scene in Missing You (the party) but more upbeat. Unfortunatly though, i'm not sure they can afford that :/
  9. I just want them to say about it already! They should announce on Christmas Eve the tour and single. #NotGivingUpTour or #LivingForTheWeekendTour ?!
  10. It takes me back in time To 2009 We hear The Saturdays singing "Im gonna do it, do it right" :moira:
  11. that's a terrible thing to say! :o

  13. Babes are you serious? OMG. Let the light fade away... I have a feeling that they will make a single version - slightly updated, maybe with some adlibs like on CTS
  14. who is it in your sig?
  15. Surley their fanbase would buy it though? To be fair to them 10 of the 12 singles have gone top 10

2014 will be the year of The Saturdays 2014 will see a four-piece Spice Girls reunion. Victoria-who? 2014 will see Cheryl release her best album yet, the lead single will be the fastest selling single of the year, and her return to TXF will tie in nicely for big sales of the second single
  17. I wouldn't be surprised if a Greatest Hits is released - even digitally, they have released 12 singles. I just can't see them wanting to quit it, maybe somebody else will sign them up?
  18. Congratulations Leona!! Its a shame Trouble didn't do it as its a great song, but One More Sleep is my new christmas jam :)
  19. I really like We Own The Night. Show Me Love is on my iTunes for more of a personal reason, not because its anything more than a cheesy desperate cry for help

Guys lets stay grounded, although the prospect of 10k sales is so insaitable!!! I really want them to get a Brit nomination, I know they wont win but I'd just like the tag
  22. i think investments will be their biggest issue for example, the Union J album probably was realitvly low budget in comparison, the Wanted also spent £250,000 on a private jet to come over for an X Factor performance that should have ensured they got bigger sales
  23. Nothing in England Top 400... You Don't Have the Right #196 Jordan Album: Living For the Weekend #17 Jordan #109 Oman #152 Zimbabwe #220 Saudi Arabia #266 Armenia #315 Ireland #385 Mozambique Album: Gentleman - EP #41 Cambodia #189 Vietnam Album: What About Us - EP #340 Kenya
  24. it was the 2nd poorest rating final ever :o

Yeah i'm pretty sure they confirmed it was What About Us. Again - its pointless doing DL with Frankie as she has no part in it so its hardly a celebration of her return
