  1. with the upcoming reunion and the small possibility of new material/new release, do you think the girls would fare better in the streaming era? I know they did well on cherry picks of the Greatest Hits in 2007, but the downloads for Headlines were pretty disappointing compared to CDs. Do you think anything would be different this time around? I know Headlines broke records for YouTube, that would have been a huge help in the charts these days.
  2. with a lazy performance - mimed - and a lacklustre song anyway, LM don't deserve the number one iMO.
  3. TXF got under 4m viewers last night, I never thought i'd say this, but i'm glad Cheryl decided not to return to TXF. Its a sinking ship and she or her team made a very wise choice selecting The Greatest Dancer, which I assume will start in the New Year? I'm surprised too by the label choice, but hopefully, there will be enough of a budget to support the campaign effectively. I'm not holding out for a number one, but I hope she achieves some kind of 'modern hit'. There is no build up on her social media, which worries me, but the press seem to be creating something of a buzz for her. Hope we get some kind of official news this week.
  4. I hope this tour has the proper version of Viva Forever with the lush Mel B/C closure. My biggest worry is Let Love Lead The Way and Headlines will get skipped out!

  6. God i miss these girls so damn much :(
  7. Spice Girls - Forever More is happening. My bet is a UK tour with the possibility of adding a handful of EU/US dates, but much more scaled back than TROTSG tour. I'm not sure whether they would attempt stadiums in the UK or whether they would do arenas, but say six stadium dates would be much less time out of their schedules and hit bigger audiences faster. Mel B's interview makes it seem like songwriting is a potential and so I wouldn't be surprised if there is at least one or two new recordings in some format. I'm also taking that as confirmation (not that we even needed it) that Victoria is not part of this project, but i'm really not phased. I'd really like it if the tour was a bit like Ten and followed more of a chronological order, but definitely hope Holler and Headlines are included despite the line up variations.
  8. Love Made Me Do It is coming 26.10.18 *creams*

Spice Girls will forever rule Girlbandom, but can we also just name check the massively under-rated The Saturdays. Up Higher Ego What About Us All Fired Up My Heart Takes Over Disco Love Not Giving Up = absolute bops
  10. think it should be FFTL over Heartbreaker, Cheryl has like three lines haha
  11. OK so my two cents.. * The FIO styling was very slutty and they completely regressed by the time Headlines came out and never went back to it (thank god!) but they went very little mix slutty for a few months * FIO is like many have said, a poor choice of lead for the album. I would have led with Ego, then followed with One Shot and then Here Standing. * The font and colour of the logo was too pale, it should have been the purple like the FIO cover so it would have stood out more * Ego should have been released across Europe. Cheryl was having huge success with FFTL in 2010 across the continent and Ego could have some similar. * Headlines! could then have been a repackaged Wordshaker in the Fall or Summer of 2010.
  12. lets start a campaign to get Not Such An Innocent Girl back into the top 10 just to piss her off
  13. victoria is really starting to chap my ass. im all about a four piece gig in wembley now.
  14. I feel sorry for Mel, because her words are also taken out of context. She hasn't said all 5 of us are going on tour, but the media just run with it. She still is 'I better not say anything else' about the Royal Wedding too, so maybe there is some truth in it - or maybe GEM are performing at the wedding?
  15. love Mel B giving a little IYWHSF hashtag in there... :) #winkwinknudgenudge
  16. bet they perform 2 become 1

  22. i dont mean to offend with this.. but does anybody have an pictures of Mel C during 2001/2002... im just interested to see what she looked while she was in-between her larger frame, lesbian hair and Here It Comes Again.
  23. omg as if she's stuck a bloody cover on it and no go to work... think ill just stay on standby for CHERYL5
  24. as if you gave Viva Forever a -0.1, thats BS. just score it 02 if you dont like it?!
