  1. The Saturdays remain criminally underrated and deeply missed
  2. Spiceworld sounds more modern and is more polished. But I love Spice too.
  3. 148 sold 877 copies, so id imagine its between 750-850?
  4. Yeah completely agree - Melivn C was down for a 4 piece reunion from 2012 until 2015!
  5. SHE is the reason that the Return of the Spice Girls ended when it did SHE insulted MILLIONS of fans by saying that she didn't enjoy performing on that tour after people had spent hundreds of dollars to see them, selfish and ungreatful.
  6. its all about Mel B and Emma, they are the main ones and the only ones who actually adore SPICEWORLD© and are always down for a reunion
  7. really dont care for Victoria anymore, I was willing to forgive and forget when SHE was the one to post the picture first, but im deleting Out of your Mind and This Groove out of my iTunes. She's ruined it all yet again.
  8. out of interest, what are the sales for her albums? im sure she still probably earns around 100k per year in Spice royalties which is enough to keep anybody comfortable - especially if you dont have a mortgage to pay

  10. ooooh group solo-medley for me would be either... 1) Maybe > Ride It > Let Your Head Go > For Once In My Life > I Turn To You or 2) Lift Me Up > Today > First Day of My Life > A Mind Of Its Own > Take My Breathe Away
  11. This would be my setlist, obviously would love more songs to be performed but trying to be realistic. -GOOD TIMES- WANNABE WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE/BAG IT UP/LET YOUR HEAD GO (Group performance) NEVER GIVE UP ON THE GOOD TIMES IF YOU WANNA HAVE SOME FUN (Two minute version) -MOTOWN- STOP MAYBE (Emma solo) TOO MUCH -MELANIE C- MELANIE C SOLO SECTION (Medley of Never Be The Same Again, I Turn To You, Think About It) -RNB- SAY YOU’LL BE THERE (in leather/latex) HOLLER (TELL ME WHY samples) FEELS SO GOOD (Melanie B solo) NAKED -LOVE SONGS- 2 BECOME 1 VIVA FOREVER -BACK TOGETHER- SPICE UP YOUR LIFE WE ARE FAMILY HEADLINES (FRIENDSHIP NEVER ENDS) GOODBYE -ENCORE- WANNABE/SPICE UP YOUR LIFE (Olympics Medley) Alternatively, if the group performed solo songs collectively then i'd like to include; What Took You So Long I Know Him So Well Bag It Up For Once In My Life
  12. this thread still murders me. the injustice is still earth shattering and crushing
  13. if she does it will enter at 30 and leave the next week. a proper GH would do much better, but then she has publication rights issues with the virgin tracks no? and they are what would sell it.
  14. f*** the o2.. lets go back to wembley and do 2 nights there! they'd rake in loads more and fit more fans in!
  15. I agree with that Jay. I think its generally accepted that late 1999 should have been Forever, the Brits in 2000 could have even been the final hurrah for the group then too. I would have potentially gone with this structure.... September 1999 - Right Back At Ya or Woman as a single November 1999 - Forever album release December 1999 - Holler/Oxygen double a-side Christmas single February 2000 - BRITs performance/award and final single (although i'm not sure what would be appropriate!!) that would have been a relatively short era, but it would have definitely generated more success and would have accompanied the tour, then they could have all gone their seperate ways and focussed on solo material.
  16. Wish there was a sales update for 2 Become 1 - it must be close 1.2m now. it's amazing that it sold 450,000 one week and 300,000 the next when it was already on a million selling album by that point
  17. can't believe i only just saw the total. AMAZING. 515k is incredible when it was just over platinum at the end of the reunion tour. I hope that any new package this year is a re-release with enhancements rather than a whole new product, so that they can keep building on it. A reissue with a vinyl edition of the main disc and a CD/Download/Stream release with a bonus disc of tracks (some of the amazing b-sides such as 'Walk of Life' and 'Take Me Home' with some unreleased tracks 'Spice Is Back', 'Angels', 'Song For Her', 'Woman' etc)
  18. Erm its this.. * GREATEST HITS  1. SPICEWORLD 2. SPICE 3. FOREVER Then.... 1. FREE ME 2. LIFE IN MONO 3. NORTHERN STAR 4. HOT 5. VICTORIA BECKHAM
  19. its a shame there aren't more physical copies. TSOGA for example and the TT greatest hits always benefited from Woolworths closing in the former case but also just being in the supermarkets. SG-GH has not been stoked since 2008 and I always have thought a vinyl and more CDs in distribution would have allowed stronger trickle sales.
  20. I actually could see them doing the Super Bowl next year.. it would be a huge gig for them and would be sure to generate ticket sales for a tour too. I also disagree about them not being big or current enough, its the Spice Girls for god sake. Lady Gaga was hardly current when she did it. and Coldplay have done it, so you don't need to be american. The latest news story is that xVB and Geri are arguing over the leadership role of the reunion.... I cant breathe
  21. this is not a patch as good as cheryls solo music
  22. Nice to see even Forever has sold a couple... would love to see Headlines in the Top 1500. Headlines in fact is my tune I keep listening to today (well along with my anthology playlist!) but it just feels very apt for right now. 'The time is now or never...'
