It was cancelled as a physical CD single, but a single version of the song was available on download, so it was technically released.

It was released - but only as a download single in the end. I don't think it even made the top 200 singles. Which is bizarre considering Soulmate was a pretty big hit. But I don't think it got very much airplay, so that might've been the problem. In any case, it's the song that made me buy the album - and it's still my favourite on NB. So disappointed it wasn't bigger.

Was watching this too, but left before the top 10 so thanks for that...

I doubt Mariah could compete against a new X Factor song, but I won't be at all surprised if she is top 3.

It's quite hard to find on i-tunes isn't it? As with everyone else, it doesn't come up when searching for Bleeding Love, but Bleeding Single seems to work! Amazing performance on X Factor.
