My final point .. the reason the mconns were not requestioned was nothing to do with a lack of evidence ... They as is their right had been advised by their lawyer to make no further comment if requestioned bit pointless re-questioning them dont you think ? And that was the reason nothing to do with a lack of evidence at all .

Why didn't he beat a confession out of the Mcanns ? Come on you dont now the fact about that case .. the woman in question was caught in bed with her brother .. by her daughter .. and her fridge was covered in blood from her missing daughter that and other evidence that a jury in portugal and a judge decided she and her brother were guilty . If you were going to beat a confession out of a suspect you wouldn't giver her two humungous black eyes ( have you seen the pics )?... they would beat you with a blanket wrapped around your body certainly not your face ... again another numpty taking the pj's for morons . As regards the McCanns contradicting what they say. It is nothing to do with the fact that their Statements have not been made Public. They have contradicted themselves in Interviews - to the UK Media. They have told about 3 or 4 different versions of what happened on May 3rd. Luckily, the UK Police, Portuguese Police, & numerous Psychologists & Psychiatrists will have collected the lot together - every Interview - & every contradiction will be studied. I agree with the above zeus .. they have more versions of events than harry houdini had escapes!

If the dna in the boot of that car is a* complete match* from a girl (their daughter)that went missing 25 days prior to them hiring that car then I dont see why they haven't made the charges . In that sense i would say the PJ's have been incompetent .You do not need a body to convict in those circumstances.

Well ,mr mac .. seems happy to believe that they are* not guilty* with nothing to go on other than they havent arrested them ... I hate to be the one to blow your theory about the dna evidence but on the sky news documentary last night ,,,regarding the madeline *disappearance* they stated according to their sources the portuguese police found a *complete match* and a partial match in the boot of that car they rented and other damning evidence regarding the mcanns telephone calls and emails etc. Why they need a body,... with a complete match for madeline showing up in the boot of a car ...they hire 25 days after they reported her missing ,is beyond me .
