Shall we take bets on how long van Persie to City will be dragged out for? I'm hopeful that we have pipped them to the signing of Hazard as well, after his agent said he was moving to a "club steeped in history" and he said he was definitley coming to Manchester. Surely even City can't think they have a history longer than two years.

Initially I had a lot of qualms with this squad, but I've grown to realise it's not that horrendous. So glad The Ox is being given a chance; I think that's the main thing. The only real issues I have are the obvious ones of Downing (it's like Roy is trying to have a joke but we don't quite get the punchline) and no matter what people say I guarantee Rio over Terry is the wrong call. Also I'd take Richards over Johnson anyday and Jones isn't even a right back. But I do think this gives us a much better chance of getting out the group than Fabio ever would have.

I know that, it still doesn't make it any less disrespectful. The man ias probably one of the best footballers in the country, but continues to show he has no class whatsoever. City are welcome to him.

We need a fair bit really, Scholes and Giggs have only got one more year maximum, so we NEED to replace Scholes shorter term; Tom Cleverley is a great prospect but we need someone who can is ready to control the midfield now, I'm talking Sneijder or Modric level. We also need some solid defence because let's face it Rio is past it, Evans, Smalling & Rafael are nowhere near good enough and we can't rely on Evra solely for the left position. unfortunatley, since Mancini seems to love to take players we're about to sign from under our noses and the ridiculous money from Abu Dhabi we're not going to be bossing the transfer market anymore.

I hate my life. The best team over the season has won the league, but this is our worst team in possibly twenty years and we've still levelled them on goal difference... we will be back. Also getting some satisfaction that all teams are revelling in our failure rather than City's success, shows who the top dog actually is. City can win the title sixteen more times, the FA cup six more times and the European Cup three times and MAYBE we'll talk. We'll be back next year. Still doesn't detract from the horrendous pain I'm feeling right now though.

Unbelievable Jeff. Hate Chelsea, but fair play. Incredible match. Still think Real will trounce them in the final, but so glad to see those arrogant cunts go out as well. Messi crying is possibly one of the most beautiful sights.

Squad qualms put aside, we need to hire a manager pronto if we want to stand any chance of getting out of the groups IMO. Frankly, I think France are being underestimated by just about everybody; a team who are unbeaten under Laurent Blanc and continue to grow stronger; and Ukraine will be very difficult to beat on their own patch. We need to get a man into the job who can start giving us a chance, leaving everyone involved in limbo so close to the tournament is doing nobody any favours.

So good to see someone (RFC) talking complete and utter sense on this issue. Sick to the back teeth of all these United haters, out to jump on the bandwagon of referees gifting us games. Even this weekend, everyone has focused on Young and completley forgotten that Chelsea were gifted two absolutley ludicrious goals, the first especially, which may end up bring the difference in Wigan going down. The fact is, until technology is brought in, and utilized as effectivley as it is in the likes of Rugby, Cricket and Tennis, these decisions will continue to happen. Because like RFC says, how can the referee be held accountable for giving what he sees from an angle which may or may not be favourable? I just hope when the inevitable Technology jump happens, these silly cries of United get all the big decisions will stop.
