I thought this episode was the worst in the series by quite some way, a plot that had some potential but didn't really go anywhere and KYLIE SYNDROME all over again with the Doc's new friend.

That time has come for JamesP to share views on the album after the obligatory 6-8 listens. We all know I've had a lot to say about Blink recently, so in spite of my feelings about Tom using the band to promote AvA still standing I am glad that this album has come out quite a success. Ghost On The Dance Floor | Wonderful opening track, beautiful vocals and lyrics and a great intro to the album | 9.0 Natives | FABULOUS. That riff, my god it's like going back to the Cheshire Cat days. Fantastic. | 9.5 Up All Night | This has grown on me, I'll admit, but there is still way too much AvA influence and Tom's vocals are really quite weak on this track. Plus the outro still does my head in. | 7.5 After Midnight | Fantastic. When Blink do slow well, they do it fucking well, this sort of fits in with me as this album's 'Stay Together For The Kids' combined with 'Adam's Song' if you get what I mean. Plus Tom's vocals are much better here. | 9.0 Snake Charmer | I wasn't sure on this one at first, it seemed like a weak point to the album but after a few listen's it has RADICALLY grown | 8.0 Heart's All Gone Interlude | This is just a beautiful piece of music which fits in very nicely and I love the fade in to Heart's All Gone, you can tell Mark had a huge input into this | 8.5 Heart's All Gone | Pure pop punk at it's finest. Incredible. | 10.0 Wishing Well | A little bit weird this one, seems more like a filler track (well, in comparison to the rest of the album, so this is by no means an insult as such) | 7.0 Kaleidoscope | I like the direction they've taken with this one as it's quite experimental and not alot like what we've heard from them in the past. Good track. | 8.5 This Is Home | I'll be honest, this is where the album sort of begins to trail off but that's to be expected from the fact we're going into bonus track territory. This one's alright though. | 7.5 MH 4.18.2011 | Actually, you may have to take what I just said and use this track as an exception. | 9.0 Love Is Dangerous | Now THIS unfortunatley is very much where we get into drift off terriroty, not a fan of this one much. | 5.0 Fighting The Gravity | See above. | 5.0 Even if She Falls | Better, but not exactly incredible. | 6.0 Overall then that gives Neighborhoods a rating of 7.82 as a deluxe edition, but that is with the fairly average bonus tracks bringing it down so overall pretty fucking good. Like I say, I'm glad it's turned out how it has because otherwise me and Blink may have met a very ugly end to our relationship.
