Saturday Football Thread
Oh, it gets better - according to one newspaper, he's being considered for promotion. To the international list. Yes, he could be ruining referring European matches and World Cup qualifiers. :manson:

Which Football Team Do You Support?
No - that was about how many times you had seen your team play. You didn't have to specify who that team was (I didn't say that the team I had seen 9/13 was Preston, for example).

Which Football Team Do You Support?
Celtic and Preston North End. Celtic are the team I've supported since I became interested in football (and not for religious reasons, either). Preston are there because I started watching them when I was at uni, and became a huge follower of them.

Now That's What I Call Music 71
 No, she isn't.

Top 75 Singles / Albums Chart
Is this going to be an annual occurance - spookyish songs re-entering the post-Halloween chart? I'm just wondering how long it's going to be until Christmas songs start re-entering. And how many people downloaded Enrique's Hero thinking it was that one, and not the Mariah one, that the X Factor lot covered?

I particularly hate those that say that teams didn't deserve to get whatever they got. When are people going to realise that football is decided by who scores more goals? FFS, if you want beautiful displays being rewarded, go and watch gymnastics.

Now That's What I Call Music 71
IIRC, Now 40 had two All Saints songs, and both were on the same CD. I'm actually surprised that IKAG isn't starting the album.

Mamma Mia!
Seeing as they've still got it at the place I'm seeing Quantum Of Solace tonight, I'm not surprised.

c**p pop stars turned good?
This quote from my ex pretty much sums her current phase up: "Why do you think she doesn't let her kids watch telly?"

Clea sales
No - you know those "mystery boxes" in the DS and Wii versions of Mario Kart (the ones that explode if you run into one)? They'd get that.

Songs from UK Acts That Were Bigger In America
Donna Lewis: I Love You Always Forever peaked at No5 in Britain, but spent 9 weeks at No2 in America.

No Christmas for Top Of The Pops
And that seems to be why they did it, forgetting that: A - Not everyone can get MTV (not that they actually play any music on there anymore, you understand), and B - Not everyone has the Internet. And, even if they do, they don't have the time and/or inclination to go to YouTube.

No Christmas for Top Of The Pops
Oh, we will. Well, Noel's gotta do something when Deal or No Deal gets cancelled - due to the Banker getting his P45.

Clea sales
 It didn't make the charts in Britain, so what hope is there for them outside Britain?

lol@spurs
They're still gonna lose their next two games: Arsenal away and Liverpool home.

Who downloaded thinking it was ?

No Christmas for Top Of The Pops
And they'll probably all be on the chart of (Jess checks diary) December 21st.

Little Britain US
I never thought that the show could get worse than "Little Britain Abroad" in 2006 (I can barely remember anything save Dawn French playing Vikki's mum and Lou writing "kurfuffle" in stones). Looks like I was wrong.

I didn't see that coming - especially with the stuff he kicked up about the anti-Sol Campbell chants when Spurs and Pompey met a few weeks back.

Could X Factor Finalists 2008 - Hero Be A Million Seller?
I will be (mind you, it was almost guaranteed that I would, since my dad was in the Royal Navy at the time of the Falklands War).

GOOD ARTIST $h!t track...
I don't know if Oasis count has retro, but Sunday Morning Call from 2000 was absolutely dire (it's possibly the worst song I've heard from them).

Q - Why was Jaunde Ramos upset with his speeding conviction? A - It meant his licence had more points than the team he manages.

Heroes || Season Five
Yes - http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0194900/. I couldn't believe it when I heard that he was older than Jo (who was born on 1 December 1980). And I wasn't even looking for him - I was trying to discover who the guy playing that Ukrainian that Noah murdered was.

Spooks
Yes, I am - I've got all six series on DVD. Malcolm was in the first series as well - he told Zoe that he had an inflatable mattress in his house. I saw the first two episodes, didn't like them, and didn't see the rest. I also remember them criticising the "terrorists are getting younger, so the intelligence people should be younger" bit as being unrealistic. Which it wasn't: two of the July 7 bombers (Germaine Lindsey (Kings Cross), and Hasib Hussain (Tavistock Square) were teenagers.
