Whilst I'm not getting into whether South Africa should have got them or not, the whole reason why the WC is there in 2010 is because Sepp Blatter wanted them to have it. Nah, it's gonna be someone else who's never won before (and there's still plenty of those - off the top of my head: Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, BiH, Bulgaria, Romania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Poland and Lithuania).
