It all depends on whether Ireland qualify for the Final, since they're in separate SFs, and you can only vote in your SF (the Big Four and Serbia excluded, but they can only vote in one SF themselves).

I know it's different, but the public didn't vote in Eurovision in 1994, and we had one of the dullest winners ever that year. (Mind you, how the Hoosiers got in ahead of the Sugababes is unbelievable.) For me, it's gotta be Leona, although it'll probably be Take That.
