    Easy 75 - My Needs 52 + :P
  2. Urgh, I could have done without the last couple of paragraphs, but otherwise, very funny, Jezabel, thank you!
  3. I just looked this up, and Exeter University's most famous student is actually J K Rowling!! :P Never knew that she'd studied there. Thom Yorke, of Radiohead, also attended it.
  4. I loved Leeds Castle, but I'll never, ever go to a concert in Hampstead Heath (forgotten what that house was called ) again, unless it's a classical concert and the weather is gorgeous and someone's paying for me. :P :teresa: The trouble, for me, with outdoor concerts is, that they are never in London (with the above exception, but it was dreadful), and I don't drive so I'll always need a lift, as they tend to be in the middle of nowhere. I'd definitely have to restrict myself to just one. I should, anyway, must be more sensible. I'd love him to do a theatre tour again, for a change, with at least 20 dates, preferably more.

Mawnin' everyone. :) Easy 76 + My Needs 50 - Sorry I didn't participate much in this one. Most of my favourites went out early on, so I lost heart. Looks like my taste is very different from everybody else's.

I think those who were referring to Westlife miming meant on television shows, like TOTP, GMTV etc. At least that's what I meant. I have never seen Westlife in concert, although I've seen telly coverage of one of their concerts, and yes, they certainly sing live for that, it would be pretty terrible if they didn't.

Singing? I quite like McFly, but I thought their earlier songs were better. They also do sing live a lot more often than Westlife.

Thor, thanks for that list of singers with their ranges. Very interesting. :) I think my own range is something like E3-G5, with practice. Would love to work on that. Can't see the article that you posted in your last post, as my computer at work blocks photobucket. :( Will check it out in the internet cafe tonight or tomorrow, though. I will definitely have a listen to Leona when her new song is released, as I think she has a beautiful voice, although I prefer it when she keeps her singing simpler than she often did on X-Factor.

Fantastic stuff, many thanks munchkin. I'm thinking of perhaps taking some singing lessons. :) But don't worry, I shall not audition for next year's X-Factor. I'm reading Ben Elton's Chart Throb at the moment, and it's put me right off any of these kind of talent shows. Sorry to Leona fans for going way off topic.
