    Well done, Bill! ;)
  2. Just discovered this song, thanks to a blogger from Washington D. C. I'm not a Girls Aloud fan, but I have nothing but respect for their success so far. Am posting in here just to say that I LOVE The Promise!! :D My favourite Girls Aloud single so far, and I haven't really like anything much since their first 3 releases. I hope this does really well in the charts. I'll be downloading it when it's out.

And this reviewer is from Washington D. C. (USA). http://wwadh.blogspot.com/search/label/album%20review Thanks for bringing it over.

OK, TT, you've reassured me a bit. :) The good thing about being a pessimist is, you're more likely to be positively surprised. ;)

TT, that link doesn't work for me. I don't know, I guess I was hoping he'd do 100k in a week. With so many albums being released during the last quarter, I'm just afraid that it will sink without a trace after a couple of weeks, and if that happens, I'm not sure how it'll reach the 500k mark, which it will need to reach, really, for Will to go on to album no. 5.
  6. Well done. I'm assuming you mean 15 dozen, though, i.e. 1 dozen for the downstairs player etc. These days you get those CD players where you can put more than 1 CD in, and of course, what else would you want to fill it with but Will's latest album, which is the most perfect album in the world. :)

Well, exactly! You hadn't been on there before and you start a new thread praising Will - praiseworthy though he be! and that is just like a red flag to a bull. It would have been exactly the same if Gareth had done a session and a Gareth fan had started a similar thread. Do you mean by it had to be moderated, that the thread did have a whole load of abusive responses? If so, again, that wouldn't surprise me. I've grown cynical in my "old age" and just go on sites like that any more. It's a waste of time, imo. As suggy pointed out, there are some lovely posts on the actual live sessions page, most of which seem genuine. :) Toni xxx
  8. Is manzone another site? Or do you mean "boyzone" all grown up?

Phew, I'm glad to see there's a fair gap between Will and James, but I'm a bit disappointed about the figure for Will. :(

Gill/Pearl, sometimes people react badly to a thread that has been started by someone who is so obviously an ardent fan of someone. Just be glad you didn't get any abuse, only humourous replies.
  11. i've been approved on haven, now! :yahoo:
  12. Thanks sunday. I can't view it at the moment, though, as my account hasn't been approved yet. I used to have an account on there years ago, but have forgotten the login.
  13. Have you got a link?

I don't like it, but that's okay as I never was going to buy it anyway. So perhaps it's good it's so boring, otherwise I might have been tempted. ;)
  15. Nah, but someone is bound to take this literally on purpose. How many dozen did you buy, Pearl? :P Did you re-mortgage the house like you said a couple of months ago?
  16. Yeah, it's always been thus. In fact, it's a myth that Will has a broad fanbase and wide appeal, there's really only about 200 ardent fans who buy up all his stock. It was proven at the time of Leave Right Now, there was a stock shortage. Really, we shouldn't have complained as we bought up all the stock, after all. -_-
  17. He's looking rather delicious these days.

The interview was just fluff. But, yeah, they played Grace. Toni xxx

"Your London": Another good review, this is a magazine for jobseekers - The other two albums reviewed are "Jennifer Hudson" and "Songs For You, Truths For Me". Jennifer also gets 4 stars, James gets 3. Toni xxx

Midges. That's all I say.
  21. Being a fan of the Yummy Young one, I naturally bought several dozen copies, though I have lost count just how many dozen. Raided the local Tescos today and am going to Sainsbury's tomorrow. Being clever, I've also worked out how to auto-repeat downloads on itunes and 7digital. Anything for my William. How many dozen did you all buy? a.) One - :o call yourself a Will fan? But the week ain't over yet. :D b.) Two - come on, you can do better than that! c.) Three - that's better d.) Four - I guess that must be about average for a Will fan ;) e.) Don't count in dozens, but in 100s - Saved up three months' salary, our boy deserves no. 1 Please vote. :D :P
  22. Well, I heard Pink perform her new song live yesterday. It's rather catchy, and all the youngish people in the audience (it was at a telly recording: One Night Only) seemed to really go for it. I quite like it, though not exactly a fan, but I think it could go all the way.

I'm beginning to worry about Changes, Jennifer Hudson's song has crept right up, to #7 whilst Will's song has remained at #6 on the itunes chart. :( Toni xxx

Spotlight is now at #7, Changes still at #6.

It'll last forever. Or else, no-one's gonna post on it because no-one wants to deduct points from any of the songs and the thread will sing to the bottom of the forum.
