  1. me too because I agreed with you  I see it now as a BMG promotional thing... maggiemags I don't think the winners are forbidden to make themselves known... Marion has posted.
  2. I've been saying this to anyone who will listen to me  ...it's such an amazing prize and like you say,it would have been wonderful to be SURE that the winners were dedicated fans. Years ago this competition would have been for fan club members only...Will doesn't have a fan club so the nearest thing to that is the OS.
  3. Perhaps they should have made it registered members only... then that would be unlikely to happen :)
  4. So do I but I do get the feeling that the winners aren't registered on the site... fingers crossed for the next 3 draws :)
  5. But only the winners know where the dinner will be so nobody could go there and impersonate one of them could they? I'd just like to see at least one post like this :yahoo:  :w00t: from one of those lucky people...

I read on there a lot but don't post... the new look is too much for my little brain
  7. I'm happy with that too TT... I just wish we'd realised it earlier...it would have stopped some people worrying so much about who to pick :)
  8. I agree with those who believe the winners were picked "out of a hat"... so it didn't really matter what our choices were.
  9. I do think this is one competition that SHOULD only be for people on the websites.
  10. That's a great idea :) if jo doesn't manage to get the form adjusted so that we have more room then I'll do that too.
  11. I've thought of many more than 4...most of them are dead
  12. Atm you can only type in 20 characters in the sections where you explain why you chose your guests :o .... am waiting for that to be sorted.... then I can enter
  13. I'd be happy to have this pic on my wall for 12 months Pearl
  14. Thank you munchkin  Gill can you please use this pic in your calendar :)

I agree... as for being made to feel guilty, that doesn't work  though it IS annoying being picked up for quite innocent remarks.

Just been challenged for my comments elsewhere...but I stand by what I said...it's the last thing I would expect him to do... and no way would I want to be there :o

I'm completely amazed that he's doing this..I can't understand why he would want to.

I don't see it as "wrong" TT...in those circumstances it's perfectly natural :)

I can understand exactly how you feel BYM&M's....I have lost 3 cats through illness in the last few years. The last one was Holly,in March last year...she was 22 ...it was so hard   I now have another one called Alice and I love her dearly but I never forget the others. They become a part of the family don't they?

It's been like that for ages though hasn't it?... there used to be some great discussions.
  23. That's my reaction to those who don't get the magic of this amazing guy...the poor things don't know what they're missing  I have never felt like this about anyone else either...and I know I never will.
