I don't want to argue as much as anyone but why are my posts deleted and the other offending ones not? That just seems unfair.

It's a cover.......I'm sure if spice girls sang a cover it wud be no:1...easily. Spice Girls don't ask other people to write songs for them, they contribute and they wud neva do a cover (even if it's in there favour). tbh just like the Spice girls, I would rather av dem enter number 10 or even 20 den to av dem stoop so low and do a cover (like pestlife do)

nah i dnt wanna argue, I just wanted to know if you have listened to it a few times in its entirety n plus i thought u hate dem. I know for a fact that wen u hate a pop group, it tends to cloud ur judgment and it can have an unfair bias opinion.

I cnt believe dat, her album X is her best since Fever, I heard it in full on an mtv link and have already pre-ordered it on bangcd site, although, their sales don't count in the UK charts.

Do you even listen to it properly or u just hate dem (like u said ur just fond of emma so u must hate the rest) I've heard it soooooo many times and it is such as good song. It is much better than so many songs in the top ten such as the Shane Ward song. It's only bad wen compared to their own songs.

Any idea wot the total sales are this week for the Spice Girls single Headlines??? I don't care how the sales are going but it is such a good song (you really need to hear it to love it). btw, I do like GA new song and think it's their best since biology, but they have had very poor songs like, the show, long hot summer, see the day and whole lotta history (i don't even count the covers and they are bad apart from Jump). The songs that really deserved no: 1 are sound of the undergroud (1) Life got cold (3) wake me up (4) Biology (4) and something kinda oooh (3).

you would think that but actually the thought of them doing a new album is completely off the table now due to this flop. This is IT for them.

I agree with you with the spice stuff, if they took a year out and actually worked hard and took their time, not rushed a single like headlines just to make Virgin/EMI bosses and fans happy, they could have made some great tracks. Take That's Patience and Rule the world are classy, not shine and don't even get me started on I'd wait for life ( reach out was 10 times better)

I wouldn't hate it but ur rite, comparing it to their old hits, it's shouldn't even be a b-side. If someone else sang it it shouldn't even enter the top 30. It is a nice song and it does have SPICE stamped all over it.

I know it's not fair. I rekon if pestlife went away and came back 10 years later and did same old covers without any real promotion, they wud fail too.

I know! what happened to the fans, my mates are fans but none of em r buying it and some are even going to the concert twice. Me I'm going 3 times bt I also bought the single download and then bought the cd Monday and probabaly gonna download it again. Anyone know the sales for the SG single including tuesday?

I like their music but after their first album I kinda lost interest, what happened to no gud advice, life got cold etc, those were such gud songs. I do like the new song....very nice.

ur comparing robbie to girls aloud :lol: Robbie has loyal fans and not only that he sells like 2 million copies for each of his albums so he is blatantly gonna sell his greatest hits, regardless. I rekon if robbie sold like 20million copies, I'm sure no one would buy his greatest hits. Again comparing the two is a joke and I'm no Robbie fan.

Well it doesn't matter what anyone says cos tbh spice girls don't give a sh*t. They are so happy with the sucess of the tour and the worldwide response they don't care about chart position, it's a shame that the single is for a good cause and it's not doing well, I rekon that will upset the girls.

omg I didn't know they were dat cr*p, I mean they can't even sell a million copies. They only reason Sound of girls aloud sold was because no one bought their other albums so everyone who liked their singles bought their greatest hits. I only have their first album which was really good, I wish they wrote their own songs. I reckon after this album, they are splitting up but I could be wrong, maybe one more.

Don't start again, it's only a flop for them as they are tooooo BIG, actually it's still not a flop. Any other group, it wud be a hit so what does that say about other groups. I think Spice Girls tickets sales are all that matters, any other group would love to be able to charge over 80 quid a ticket and have a worlwide sell out rather than a no:1 single (esp wen they have already conquared the world).

No excuses guys, Spice Girls single looks to be a flop only because their past singles have done soooooo well. For any other band it would be a hit and I do reckon it will climb in to the top 5 (at least I hope so). This wasn't a come back, it was just for the fans like me who were dying for a single+video so we are lucky we got that but still it is a shame that after all these years, most of the fans HAVE moved on. I guess the real treat for us Spice fans is the tour and I can't wait to go the 3 times that I am planning to.

because I am tired of telling people the same thing so have to shorten words. I avent got time to say diss...respectfull. bottom line, we all should respect each other's favorites and just talk about sales.
