  1. stuff you guys, it's THE MOTHERf***ING D. I'm pumped. I still look back on them opening for Metallica at Reading 2008, perhaps the best booking that festival has ever done.
  2. VhkDdayA4iA sad times.
  3. yeah I think I'd appreciate them if I gave them repeat listens, I do have a lot of respect for Omar and Cedric as musicians but I just can't get into them where as I never get bored of At The Drive-In. I do quite enjoy their post-ATDI, Pre-Mars Volta dub/reggae influenced band De Facto though.
  4. what do you mean again? they never supported them, this is the same tour still.
  5. All American Rejects will be good for nostalgicness, a lot better than you me at shit.

I hope so. Rooney Mara is one of the few deserving nominations.

biggest pile of shit nomination list I have ever seen. Was the last year really that bad for film?

  9. I've heard alot of the new songs and they are pretty sick, they have definitely developed a lot, you can tell in with Ratatat than they have quite the potenial for a bigger fanbase than now, I don't think I could love the new album more than Live Breathe Build Believe though, alot of memories with that album. But they definitely have a larger sound now (in fact in my interview Josh said they tried to make the album sound as full as they could).
  10. yeah totally agree about the credits, Trent and Atticus/Karen O's version of Immigrant Song fits so well with it. two DVD-scr's leaked yesterday, one supposedly being retail quality.
  11. OBqHKLKgCyk Been really into this band since the release of their first album (late 2009), and since I have seen them live about 7 or 8 times, as well as interviewing a member, meeting them a couple of times (got to watch them practising last month due to a PR f*** up, which was awesome). I literally think they are the best british band for quite a while, and it seems that they are about to get the success they deserve with the release of their second album in a few months, this is the first single and it is f***ing massive. I was also at the gig that they filmed for this video so I might be in a crowd shot. ska/punk/reggae soundclash. really recommend their debut album too, Live.Breathe.Build.Believe.

the one on my private movie tracker is a cam and is apparently really poor video and quality.

be warned Season 5 is pretty slow starting. Season 6 certainly lives up to season 4 though, best 2 seasons imo.
  14. ah I didn't realised it was full rather than short deadline. I'm just pissed because I have an amazing track. AMAZING. I might join in but I have a big backlog of stuff to listen to right now, so I'll send you a PM if I do want the links.
  15. How the f*** did I miss this. Nice long amount of time to confirm I see. I guess my super amazing track that would definitely win will miss out then.

they are lucky there havent been any torrents of it, about time the film industry realised that film is global not country by country.

embassasing that there wasn't already a topic. I've only heard good things about this, it's really taken the piss how long it's taken them to release it in the UK.

well he goes insane in the comics just with a very different outcome, which is rather important for Carl's character. I just assumed with the handcuffing of Merle's hand and the fact in Daryl's vision of him this season where Merle says 'they made me chop off my hand' was a bit of an obvious hint it would be him.but I guess they could have changed their plan in order to keep Shane? Do you really think Kirkman wants to see Shane last so long considering what happens in the comics he wrote?
  19. Chris. posted a post in a topic in Television
Shane? really? or do you mean Merle Dixon? because that's whats been hinted. which pisses me off to no end. it being Shane makes no sense.
  20. We Take Care of Our Own isn't too amazing but I enjoyed Working On A Dream so hoping the album will be just as good, looking forward to hearing Tom Morello's parts on the album.

this. if you read the comics you realise that it's not a story about zombies, it's about the characters, which is why where they deviate from the comics too much they ruin the character development in places. for example a certain event that didn't happen leads things in the future of Carl's character irrelevant.

I've been behind but just finished catching up. Amazing twist at the end of episode 7, and beautifully shot and edited. This season has definitely made up for season 1, I'm hoping they're getting off the farm soon though as it's starting to drag a bit, but obviously they'll be a change of pace now anyway.
  23. he so is, I speak to him quite a bit on twitter, met him after a show once aswell and he actually started talking to me rather than vice versa, he was proepr safe. Laila is cool too though.
  24. he's on the list of politicans who you could misinterpret as comedy characters, along with Boris Johnson. Quite frankly his boat idea is ridculous in a time we can barely afford anything in this country. I'm not one for punching people in the face, but just look at his face, it's like it's asking to be punched. Michael Gove: the most punchable face in Britain.
