Sunday Chart Predictions
I disagree, especially with talk that they'll release Down Goes Another One or Corrupted, very different to their previous singles (but they've had album tracks/ B Sides like them and so the fans are used to these awesome kinds of songs) and I've heard many non-fans really enjoy them. They would certainly go top 10. It's just waiting now to see if they make a good choice. Also, I don't think we can really judge album/ single sales with the recent album having been in the Mail on Sunday, even with OFTR as it was out the week before the album was due in the paper. We'll know for sure with the new album next year if the sales are still dropping. I actually believe that with the correct single choices (I've disagreed with many, including One For The Radio and Do Ya which are 2 of my least favourite tracks on the album) and the correct promotion (I don't mean CD offers and all that tripe, I mean performing live on big television programs etc.) will gain them the extra sales they deserve.

Music Purchases This Week: Week Beginning 24/11/08
I've been meaning to get her album since it came out! I just keep spending my money elsewhere. I still need to buy Massive RnB & Nickleback for friends, maybe this week actually, so hopefully I'll still have money but maybe not! I should request someone to buy it for me.

iTunes Chart // November II
The McFly guys have special 7Digital downloads which they are promoting. I saw the guys on Saturday in Manchester and they are telling everyone the number to text every tour date by the looks of it :) So hopefully that should do good. However, the sales for many of the downloads shouldn't come through until about Thursday as I think you have to redeem them for it to count. They have live videos from each date with the song you see, and the most recent dates are of course not ready. But my main point is that I'm not surprised they haven't turned up on Itunes yet.

Radio 1 Playlist (05/11/08) + Retro
I wonder when we will get to hear the other side of McFly's double A Side, Stay With Me.

I haven't even heard Beyonce's new single and I'm always listening to Radio 1/ Radio 2 or have 4music on. Actually, I caught the start I think but it sounded really average. Also, that infinity song is bloody awful. I was starting to like dance msuic a little more until I heard that tripe.

McFly - Do Ya / Stay With Me
I dunno how I feel about them doing another cover. But charity I suppose. A surprise of their good ol' friend Rod jumping on stage on the night, perhaps?

McFly - Do Ya / Stay With Me
I think CIN were looking for a safe choice. With many artists, its either a hit or miss with their songs. With McFly, they're near enough guaranteed top 10.

The Saturdays "Chasing Lights" Part II
I've heard Issues off the album and love it. Didn't like Work much though.

McFly - Do Ya / Stay With Me
I wouldn't say flops. THNL went from 3-10 etc. and Lies was top 25 for 4 weeks. Not bad compared to some releases.

McFly - Do Ya / Stay With Me
As much as I am happy about the single being for Children In Need etc, I still think its a bit of a missed opportunity to release something a little more "This is McFly?!" if you get what I mean, something like Down Goes Another one. But I suppose there is more time and I don't have a clue what Stay With Me sounds like yet.

McFly - Do Ya / Stay With Me
They've already done Comic Relief and Sport Relief, now it's time for Children In Need. http://www.play.com/Music/CD/4-/7956446/Do...Me/Product.html http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=BfIREEMxVjM Do Ya. Stay With Me is still yet to be heard, where as Do Ya was on both the Mail on Sunday and deluxe edition album releases. How do you think it will do, what do you think of it? Do Ya is certainly no All About You in my opinion and a poor release from Radio:ACTIVE, however I suppose a good choice for Children In Need. It should do very well.

New Release Schedule (Physical): Monday 27 October
According to play.com ... http://www.play.com/Music/CD/4-/7956446/Do...Me/Product.html McFly's new songs are Do Ya/Stay With Me :) Also, it's the official Children In Need single.

iTunes Chart // October II
Aye? Where's this Hero song suddenly popped up from? I had Mariah's version in my head the other day, no doubt it has been ruined. Seriously though, even if it is for charity, isn't one number 1 a year for the X Factor enough? Couldn't they have just made that the charity single?

New Release Schedule (Physical): Monday 27 October
Has it been announced what the Children In Need single will be yet? McFly have announced that they will be opening the show and have just announced that a single will be out on the 24th, so it could be that, if not?

iTunes Chart // October II
I've heard the new Girls Aloud song quite a lot, but only by playing it on youtube etc, myself, but I have to say that it has to be their least memorable song to me. I can't even think how it goes right now. I could think of the sound of any other single by them right now. Usually by now I know them pretty much completely and can't get them out of my head.

Predict: Queen Duffy - "Rain On Your Parade"
Wow, I love it. Top 3!

Chart Battle! Leon Jackson Vs Peter Kay!
I'd love to see Peter Kay beat that X Factor winner. Can't wait for the show. I love Peter Kay's shows like Phoenix Nights and Max & Paddy's Road To Nowhere plus his liver shows so hopefully it should be excellent, plus the added bonus of taking the mickey at such annoying programs!

Top 100 Singles / Top 75 Albums + Compilation Chart
I'd love either of them, having heard Do Ya might be the single angered me a little. It's a great album track as its fun and stuff, but for it to be released I feel would be a big mistake and a loss of opportunity to let everyone hear one of the other much more fantastic tracks, such as Down Goes Another One. I agree that it should go up a little near Christmas, not just because of the single but because of Christmas presents. I've yet to buy mine but I have friends who want it off me for Christmas. I'll be doing my Christmas Shopping in December, as I'm very slow.

Top 100 Singles / Top 75 Albums + Compilation Chart
It's hardly a shock, you have to remember it was free with the Mail On Sunday in July. There's only 3 new songs on this version, 4 including Lies.

The Buzzjack Sunday Chart Thread
Hopefully all their songs from now will do as well. At least when they're great. The next two album releases, if they release 2 more, should be deserving enough to stick around.

iTunes Chart // October
I suppose McFly really are on their way down now. I'm guessing they'll be lower than the midweeks. Unless their appearance on Pride Of Britain would make people download Lies on Itunes for some reason. Don't think they'll on the Blue Peter birthday special for a while yet.

Sunday Chart Predictions
Over 2 million people own it already though, so I'm sure they wont mind too much about the charting of this album. It's the next album which will be the test.

iTunes Download Chart September '08
I was going to say it appears McFly are on their way down now, but having thought about it I'm sure they've been at #27 before and gone back up again.

Sunday Chart Predictions
Any idea where McFly are charting at the moment? I'm guessing quite a drop for both the album and single, but Lies is on it's forth week in the chart now.
