I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!
Aw I'm so sad Wayne has gone, especially as he would have survived a single vote. But honestly at the start of the series did I see him coming 5th of 12? No, I'm happy with that. And as much as Sam isn't my favourite personality, it is heartwarming to see the girl who was SO desperate for immunity day one because she didn't have the fanbase survive SEVEN opportunities to be eliminated and make the top 4. Good for her. But yes, as has seemed obvious for a few days, an Adam/Scarlett/Joel final. The winner is more uncertain but I'm leaning to Adam. I'd like one of the other two to do it, but wouldn't be mad at whoever won, they've all been ace.

The X Factor ● Series 13 ● Live Show 9
I disagree.. I think in 'Creep' and 'Human' Emily has had some of the absolute highlights of the entire series (this is excluding Ex's and Oh's and Master Blaster, back before Simon decided her best ally, her guitar, should go, which will always baffle me) . Obviously Saara has had LOADS that are up there. Matt has been very hit and miss but 'Writing's On The Wall' and 'You Don't Own Me' are also some of my favourites. It's 5AM I couldn't justify having an amazing, memorable performance, it's all the same and it's all mediocre, with only one real voice between them. For me they have to go. That said, not keen on Emily's song choices for the weekend ..

I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!
Do they do this?! -- I have really enjoyed this series, purely for the fact they all get along. What A&D said to Lisa about it being so warm is so true.. I have enjoyed Martin's addition for a bit of the drama, but glad that generally it's been a love in! Of the ones that have gone, Danny was my least favourite, and Ola despite being quite lovely too was probably most boring. Lisa is the one I'm actually sad to see go. And if Wayne WAS bottom two I'd be sad to see him so low too. The trouble is I like them all! But the next few I'd like to see go are Martin, Jordan and then Sam. Surprised Jordan has made it so far - Sam at least has shown some real grit in doing the challenges. Jordan has some funny lines but generally his success has surprised me. Then I think Larry. Basically I would like a top 5 of Scarlett, Adam, Joel (who I think we all agree will likely be the top three) with Wayne and Carol. Carol I think is hilarious and Wayne I have found SO endearing what with his love for his wife and kids, general good guy attitude, fun banter and great work in trials. Sadly I don't think they'll get that far as they've both been 'bottom two' - supposedly. My ideal final would be Scarlett, Joel and Wayne, though I can't say Adam wouldn't deserve it, he's great too.

Strictly Come Dancing 2016
What's weird with Naga is that everything I've read on Strictly forums says 'put her out of her misery' and assumes she is hating it. But I work in the BBC Newsroom and overheard a friend of Naga's today saying how delighted she is to have made it through and how much she is loving it! I guess something is just not clicking. I was surprised both her and Anastacia avoided the dance off. I think the standard is almost TOO high this year. For the novelty act, Ed is actually pretty good. None of the people going out at this stage deserve to be, and in other series would have had chance to grow.

Rupaul's Drag Race ·· All Stars 2
Well that was a fantastic episode without seeming too forced in terms of drama.. we got some regardless. I loved seeing the families come in - Katya's Mum was incredible and Roxxxy's 'Mum' so funny, and the other relationships lovely also. It was a tough one to call.. the top two were absolutely the right top two - both excelled (perhaps not so much in the vogue for Katya but I didn't deem that as the main challenge so much) - as Michelle said, the storyline on their family piece was just excellent and Katya's Mum was Emmy worthy! The other three is where it gets tough - as Detox alluded to, it was so easy to make a case for any of them to go. - Roxxxy's is probably the easiest, bottom 5 times out of 7 - Alaska was quite clearly the bottom of the week, which they had agreed was the original criteria - Alyssa hasn't been there the entire time (the reason for sending Tati home last week) and was not amongst the strongest For me? I'm at peace with what happened. Though I found Alaska's behaviour horrid, and I wouldn't have been gutted to see her go, she has been slaying most of the time thus far and I do think she deserves the final. But let me say again, worse behaviour than anyone else this series right there. Alyssa for me has been mediocre since she returned, and is probably the one I would have sent home too. Her sister looked great but I didn't enjoy her afro look at all. Roxxxy was actually the one I was rooting for most (of the three) - I thought she had the hardest job (not so hard to do a family resemblance on a sibling a similar age to you as a grandma, imo) and in my opinion she finished middle of the pack. She certainly stepped up from the previous weeks and I don't think stepping up should be rewarded with being sent home, especially when others were taking sidewards or backwards steps. I think it's perfectly legit to think Roxxxy has outstayed her welcome but a) it's not her fault that her friends keep saving her, last week she was at peace with leaving and genuinely shocked to stay - I think her attitude this time has been stellar and b) like her, I felt she was unlucky to be labelled 'bottom' this week. I really can see a Season 5 scenario playing out, with Rolaskatox finishing second, third and fourth. Katya is definitely coming across the best, I don't know how it works from here but if it does get whittled down I hope Detox is left with a chance of the crown as I have grown to love her so much, I really didn't rate her in her series and I think she's been excellent. That said, Team Katya.

Strictly Come Dancing 2016
I felt like Laura was undermarked and was up there with Greg. Ore was the standout. Lesley did a really lovely job, as did Naga. It really was quite a decent standard throughout. Rinder was bizarre.. some of it looked like her was quite competent and rhythmic and other parts looked like he had not yet learnt to walk. It was too frenetic for me, my weakest of the night but not without promise.

Rupaul's Drag Race ·· All Stars 2
I am probably not the comment you wanted given who you've praised, but I neither thought it was the greatest episode nor am I happy about the outcome. In my mind, Tatianna won at every level and should have been the only one to stay. Is it fair that maybe you didn't see the double stay coming because it wasn't at the level of previous double stays? lol Alyssa is getting on my wick a bit now. I felt like she as lucky to be paired with Alaska and to be judges as a pair, as I didn't really feel what she brought to the challenge herself. It bugs me that to some degree Phi Phi was right - Carson has twice now said that she could just stand there and make stupid faces, and he'd be satisfied. I am so sick of that BEAST catchphrase and it feels like she just shouted out things like that and for me, that wasn't enough. Alaska did the intelligent and clever comedy and for me she outshone her again. I also felt like in the lipsync that that could have been lifted from a previous Alyssa lipsunc. She even looked the same and looked like she was wearing last week's wig. She did the same tricks, and much like when she lipped against Detox (I think?) I felt like her competitor embodied the song better. It's weird as I have always quite liked Alyssa and most people this series seem to have really warmed to her whereas she is just getting on my nerves. It feels like she feels she runs the show to me now. Focusing on the positive, I am very happy to have Tatianna back, and as much as I feel Phi CAN be a talented queen, she was doing herself no favours.

Rupaul's Drag Race ·· All Stars 2
Again this week, there is so much that seems a bit wrong. Why was there a bottom three again, and why was Katya in it? If the argument was that last week only two of them deserved to be there so they on;y had two, it really should have applied again this week. There was a chasm between Katya and the obvious bottom two of Alyssa and Roxxxy. I do think though that Roxxxy offered a BIT more in the challenge (and to answer the 'she got the weakest part thing, Alyssa could have fought Alaska for the other role, last week there was no wiggle room on parts at all) and Roxxxy did better on the runway too. I do think Alyssa's idea was excellent, but it wasn't suited to the theme of the weak at all, barely any reveal compared to Rox's who really nailed that part. So based on their rules I do think the right choice was made. I am really glad they both chose the same queen - I feel like they picked Alaska as the winner to save Phi Phi the backlash of being the one to send a fan favourite home a bit? Though you could argue either won that lipsync, Alaska was hilarious and Phi Phi really felt the song. I really wish Phi Phi wasn't being a bitch again as she doesn't need to, she is so talented. I think she is quite oblvious to the fact she''s doing it at times. But I do feel like she still deserves to be there. The moment at the end was a complete gag, so good! And as much as I don't have any problems with who went, one of the moments of the series for me was her saying 'I am a LOVELY... fifth alternate' on the way out. I howled!

Rupaul's Drag Race ·· All Stars 2
Rewatched the episode and still so much got wrong this week for me. Phi Phi should have been top 2 for sure (though I am sad she is still seeming to be a bitch) - her performance was very funny and her runway unbeatable. While I think that should have meant Detox shouldn't have been in the top, her lipsync REALLY resonated with me. Alyssa did all her usual Alyssa tricks but Detox really felt the music and performed the song rather than just performed some moves. I think she should have won - but I suspect she may have chosen the queen to go differently and that the winner of the lipsync is part chosen based on who producers want to stay?

Rupaul's Drag Race ·· All Stars 2
To be honest I think this week was a bit of a farce, they might have well have chosen the bottom two out of a hat if you're looking at the actual challenge (which it seems like they prioritise if you look at Detox last week) - you'd pay to see all seven of those, even in the background they all drew attention and weren't putting a foot wrong. All truly great. It seems very harsh to end up in the bottom two when both performed well. Given that Adore has walked, in my opinion this should have been the week they said 'okay, you all get to stay' I do think that while Alyssa was AMAZING, she had the track that it was easiest to be amazing with? Definitely the most entertaining role and I reckon anyone given that track would have found themselves safe. I don't mind that kind of thing when a queen wins a mini challenge and dishes them out, but just being given those roles from the get go, it seemed a touch unfair. I am a massive Ginger fan but that said, she didn't have a shining moment in the ways she did in season 7, maybe because she was surrounded with a higher calibre of queens. Worth noting though that 6 of the 10 queens hit the bottom before she did. A shame she had to go this way, especially as most of them agreed Katya was the judges least favourite, but she wasn't leading the pack and looking like a contender either. I hope we see her again but I shan't hold my breath. Phi Phi's runway was everything.. but she - or the edit - is doing her(self?) no favours.

Rupaul's Drag Race ·· All Stars 2
I am not massively happy with the elimination. I appreciate she wasn't great at Snatch but I do think she looked hot on the runway. Overall I would argue that Roxxxy was the weakest this week. Funny that last weeks top two were this week's bottom two. I've seen people quite outraged that a) Detox was bottom three and b) Alyssa didn't win. I do understand the Detox thing as she looked fierce, but by that token Alyssa didn't deserve to be in the top - her runway outfit for me was HIDEOUS. She did perform well in Snatch though, I'm glad of the redemption. People have been saying Ginger should have been there over Detox, but I would say Phi Phi would have been next in line. For me Ginger looked FLAWLESS on the runway. We didn't see much of her during the Snatch Game.. actually throughout the episode as a whole :( Top 2, hard to argue with for me. Alaska was phenomenal and looked great too, and Katya was so funny. With Adore gone (I am not as fussed as I expected :/) I would like to see Detox go next, I think.

Rupaul's Drag Race: Queen Rate - Results
This rate is fascinating me! I didn't vote this time but it's incredible to see queens like Phi Phi, Roxxy and Darienne below people like LaShawn! Darienne would be right up there for me, though some of her outfits were dire (harder to dress a 'big girl' IMO), her challenges were often really really great and underrated. Glad to see Laila do quite well! PS. I know I'm well late.

Celebrity Big Brother ● Series 18 ● Rankings
01 (03) Aubrey O'Day - Just LOVE her, she's nearly always in the right, she's cute, she's funny, she's sassy. Perfect. 02 (02) Frankie Grande - Almost as wonderful, a slight kiss ass but in general I have loved him 03 (01) Katie Waissel - Don't like her any less, think she is adorbs (if a bit wet) but nowhere near as central as 01 and 02. Her Diary Room about them f-*-*-*-*-ng though was amazing. 04 (05) Renee Graziano - She loses her cool so much and I think she talks so much rubbish but I still love her! 05 (06) Ricky Norwood - Fine 06 (04) Sam Fox - Fine 07 (13) James Whale - Liking him much more. Some of his diary room commentary great. Love that he thinks he will win! 08 (15) Heavy D - Still awful but less awful than he was. I much prefer him slotted into the main group though he is still fairly unbearable. -- It's hard for me to decide at this point --- 09 (09) Lewis Bloor - I considered putting him bottom, his ego is too much! Saying that all the votes to save Marnie were 'a vote to save Lewis and Marnie' - jog on pal 10 (10) Marnie Simpson - Awful, fancy not knowing what they did wrong that night, they were bullies. 11 (14) Stephen Bear - Not buying this 'it hurts that nobody likes me and they talk about me when I walk out' - DON'T BE AN ANTAGONSTIC KNOB THEN

Rupaul's Drag Race · Season 8
Completely agree that this was one of my favourite episodes of the entire series. Puppets was hilarious, they did not hold back! I fell properly back in love with Bob this week... not just for the story about his Mum, I think he's had a few weeks now where he has started to become warmer. Yeah they're probably editing the journey but it's working for me, I think of the four, she is the star. I do agree the drag is often not as up to scratch as the remaining three, but as stated they all have a talent and Bob's comedy is just as valid as Kim's paint for me. As he attested to in the workroom, it's not like his make up and costumes are BAD (though his Mum outfit was quite weak), it's just not the number one focus of his performance. I also feel like even though I agreed Bob was bottom two based on the looks (not based on the performance where she was the star), I think she was just unlucky that the others were so great. Derrick was in the bottom two because she looked terrible, Bob was there because she just wasn't quite as strong. It's a shame when people fall into the bottom two without even being bad, the eleganza cardboard dress was great for me. Anyway, alls well that ends well. I was panicked Derrick would turn the lip sync but she was messy as all hell. Like, really bad. And Bob confidently smashed it. No other outcome they could have had. It's tough now, with Derrick and Robbie gone the series is suddenly looking really strong again what with Naomi really picking up the pace and Chi Chi having a good week. I really like all four and wouldn't begrudge any winning though I am firmly Team Bob again. PS. Did I make it up or did Derrick make a slight about people not winning a challenge? He was the last to actually win one no? The other four have all picked up victories before..

Rupaul's Drag Race · Season 8
This is very much a Katya situation for me. Definitely one of my favourites of the series (Thorgy too) but if you have a week where you are among the weakest in the challenge and then you lose the lip sync, you go home. That's just the way it is. So I'm sad to see Thorgy out and I really thought she would be top 3. But 30 pages of writing for that ad (at least Kim's had some landed jokes) and to be town to shreds in the lip sync (even though she still wasn't bad) - I can't argue with that result based on the week. Bob might be getting a favourable edit, but again, can you argue with him winning?

The X Factor ● Series 12 ● Live Show 1
I thought it was a bit of a mixed bag - some really strong performances, others not! The whole This Is Me theme where they didn't pick their songs was silly though. Would rank as follows: 01. Monica - Really surprised me. Her control was incredible, she placed every note to perfection - clever song choice being Sheeran but not obvi-Sheeran. Smashed it exactly when she needed to. Really didn't see her as cold either, thought she seemed very warm and grateful. 02. Louisa - The other person who smashed it. Some of the notes it seemed a bit like she was guessing haha but was still a superb vocal on a usually boring song. 03. 4th Impact - I think they are just so cute and clearly talented but it is doing my nut in that they are just described as perfect with no sign of constructive criticism. They are so so breathy on the verses, it's only the big notes that are 'wow'. It made me LOL that one line was 'I get a little bit breathless' - it was apt. 04. Alien Uncovered - Not perfect but thought they gave a good account of themselves Some decent vocals, a fun rap, good performance values, passion. I hope they survive this week at least. 05. Max - Don't get me wrong, the reggae was terrible and as if Cheryl was the only one who said so. It has worried me as I really love his voice and he TOOK it there on the last chorus but the arrangement would have been better left as is. Still, ace vocal. 06. Che - Why on earth were these two songs mashed up? What has a love that can overcome mountains have to do with tears drying on their own? Stupid. I wouldn't have minded one line of it as a nod but they did too much. Plus Ain't No Mountain instantly makes it karaoke, it's almost impossible not to. Would have just preferred Amy, he sang and intonated it well. Can't argue with the vocal. 07. Lauren - Much like Che's ANM, this song choice just INSTANTLY makes you karaoke fodder. She did sing well but it made her forgettable when other people came in with genuine artistry. I think it'll see her through week one but it didn't make her stand out. 08. Seann - The vocal was miles ahead of some of the people above him but what was with the 'it needs to be a song, NOT cabaret' line, then THAT? Ridiculously cabaret - uncomfortably so on a show like this? The notes he hit for 'Mars' were impeccable but I just felt awkwardly about it. 09. Anton - Easily my least favourite and I thought the vocal was quite weak to begin but the toned down crazy eyes helped (there were still some) and the end was a very competent vocal. Simon's only okay song choice. 10. Kiera - She wasn't as bad as people have made out but it definitely wasn't a moment, where it could have been. On Xtra they showed a preview, she was just stood there with her afro singing first verse - sounded promising. But while she looked STUNNING she lost her identity, and the beats they added made the whole thing seem very generic and faceless. Could have been Tamera Foster, it wasn't the Kiera we have had thus far. 11. Mason - That was a pretty weak vocal. Great song choice but he was out of his depth. 12. Reggie and Bollie - They make me smile but are they really able to compete here? Not at all. Plus, they definitely were down to do Beautiful Girls, did ANYONE stick with the song Cheryl chose them?! 13. Bupsi - She was such a favourite of mine but not any longer. One of the weakest vocals, the novelty is gone, and a terrible song choice from Simon. For an unknown tune you have to be pretty much mindblowing. She was just fine. Almost certain bottom two. OUTCOME. I think Louisa, Che, Seann, Monica, Anton, 4th Impact are the six safest. Lauren had a few things against her but I think she'll survive. There are six around the danger zone - Reggie and Bollie, Alien, Bupsi, Mason, Max and Kiera. I reckon the two groups will be okay. I hope Max is. I have a feeling it could be Bupsi and Mason and it depends if they want to drag Bupsi through the competition to the tour - but if it's those two I suspect she'll go. If it's against Max or Kiera or Alien, she'd probably stay.
