Acutally on my local radio they announced the single as peter kays new single for charity available in tesco etc etc etc. Anyway, you should be able to like what ever music you want and whoever you want without having someone diss it as c**p just to prove a point.

i think leon deserves his chance at number one. The amount of people that might have thought this peter kay single may have been for charity, without having watched the terrible programme and based upon the fact that all his other "singles" were for charity, must be in the thousands.

I wonder when same difference are appearing on the show?? could this be their slot? or even will young is appearing on the x factor this year and so is britney spears....

Although peter kay is funny, this song clearly isnt, the joke grew tired on sunday night. Chris moyles constant praise of it makes me ill in the mornings, or is it the thought of chris moyles.lol

Shayne didnt acutally perform stand by me on the "x factor" it was the poorly rated celeb edition with z listers on it, though it was his worst song. Breathless wasnt available until thw week after the x factor performance, thus prime downloading time missed.
