iTunes Chart: October 2010
It's the theme tune used in the F1 2010 game (well on PC at least, don't know about PS3 and XBox) which came out last week ;)

Vanessa Amorosi - This Is Who I Am
I've bought both albums and her singles since she came back with Kiss Your Mama through the net from Australia, but I am so pleased we'll finally get it released in the UK. I wonder if they are planing for the UK to get a straight release of the Hazardous album or if it'll have some of the Somewhere In The Real World tracks tagged onto it - anyone know? I love the Lonewolf version as well:

chart show tv
MTV seem intent on ruining videos. So What has been edited so that her flashing scene and setting her hair alight are not shown, but they show her cutting the tree with the chain saw twice to make up for it for some stupid reason. I don't understand why they like to not bother showing Sober though, when its the edited version they have anyway. They are going to have a field day with Please Don't Leave Me - MTV may as well not bother to show it when it goes to the UK music channels. As for the Saturdays, the only thing I could think of is that is it to do with advertising breaks - have they been lazy and chopped the video down so that they still get their maximum minutes of advertising breaks in per hour? Our local radio station always used to chop Shakira's Underneath Your Clothes about 2/3 of the way through as they always played it before the news and every time it would be chopped part way through as it also meant they didn't have to pay the full amount in royalties (I didn't realise royalties were paid on radio and tv play) when they played it apparently, so could it be the same for the Saturdays video?

She also papered Manchester with a poster campaign as well it sees - dedication of the highest order

So judging by that - the last minute panic buying by Girls Aloud fans on I-tunes resulted in The Loving Kind gong down to 14 but The Promise has climbed 1 instead ... maybe the fans bought the wrong single   The Saturdays - Up has climbed wel so their performance on Eurovision must have done they well.

iLoons Chart: January 2009 II.
I suspect they emptied the shelves as that was done in 2 trips apparently - each one bought separately so they each counted as sales. Can you imagine how long that must have taken and how fed up the check out staff must have been (I best stop as I've made the thread drift off-topic) Looking forward to the next i-tines update B) B)

iLoons Chart: January 2009 II.
Here's teh photo to prove it: http://i40.tinypic.com/20qarm0.jpg Don't give them ideas - or they'll start using that idea this week to try and get it higher in the charts :o :o And btw - whilst I'm not a fan really, I do think its great for them if they can continue their run of to 10s - good on them. I'm pleased that Gaga stayed at number 1 all week.

Well unless she is going to use the other 30 for coffee coasters or dog Frisbees I can't think what she will do with them all so you never know   That average chart that was worked out is interesting - quite a few songs are out of place compared to where I would hve thought they my be.

Could the Girls Aloud climb be attributed to the crazed fans on their forum downloading it off every I-Tunes account they can create before midnights (would a hundred or so downloads be enough to help it up a few places on I-Tunes?) They seem to be making a last push to get a few more sales - someone has bought 31 copies of the cd and someone else had accounted for 22 sales between the cd and downloads - don't think I have seen dedication like that before :o :o :o Looks like Pokerface may be losing its momentum for a while until the video surfaces on the UK tv stations and radio start to playlist it.
